Nice large comfortable rooms, very friendly staff, good breakfasts and the pool is a godsend after a hot day's temple viewing.

Attention to detail: little things like replenishing toiletries every day, remembering to leave towels, bath mat etc.so visitors don't have to go down and ask. No hot water for shower. The road is long and bumpy and local dogs bark a lot at night, but there's not much the hotel can do about these. I would stay here again.

I loved staying at The Mansion Diem Reap for 3 nights. It was very relaxing and quiet. The staff were very attentive and friendly and the pool area was excellent. The location was perfect for me being out of the centre area but you can get there very easily on a bike or take a tuk tuk. The accomodation by far outweighs any location issues that people may have.

    Nothing, loved it.

Quiet, friendly, reasonably priced. Good breakfast. Arranged a wonderful Tuk Tuk driver for us.

No hot shower. In the evenings the water was warm enough to shower, but definitely not comfortably hot. Traveling down the bumpy dirt road to the hotel was challenging, but on the plus side, it was away from all the hustle and bustle of the main Siem Reap streets. Nice pool, but not enough lounge chairs. I never was able to relax around the pool as the 8 lounge chairs were always occupied by other guests.

Everything was very nice, especially people. Room, pool and service - ok.

when book tuk-tuk to Angkor from hotel, ask carefully about price: hotels in SR used to take additional fee for everything. Sunrise, sunset, one more temple - all that add some "onedollars" (Cambodian currency =) to your price. Oh, yes the road to the hotel is not very nice.

bClean, spacious and bright room. Friendly and attentive staff. Good value for money . To say, this place is a silent hermitage of relaxation.

Limited choice of food in the restaurant. Garden area yet to be refined. Mosquitos. But they are minor things. All in all, I really enjoyed staying here.

Amazing! Service was more and beyond. Extremely kind employees that cleaned your room and folded clothes everyday! Always, fresh towels. Felt very safe and not loud. Very comfortable beds, big room, great tv connection and air conditioning. Beautiful pool that is heated and jets. Brand new mountain bikes that were ideal when biking into town. Away from the hustle and bustle of the partying but close enough for a cheap tuk tuk or bike. Could walk but a little far, and dark at night. Not a place to stay if you are partying there. I have been traveling SE Asia for 3 months and this is by far the best place I have stayed!! Great value for your money and great to just relax by the pool. Thank you Mansion for making my stay at Siem Reap one of a kind! Hope to be back!!

    Loved everything!

Took five minutes for water to get hot. My white laundry came back pink.

The best small hotel I've been to in 30 years of travelling. Staff were so enthusiastic to help and have a chat with. Most spoke good English. Easy to organise trips to the many ruins in the region and wildlife tours. Town is a 10 minute tuk tuk ride, the hotel restaurant meals are simle but tasty, I ate there 6 out 7 nights.
