The Pool and Palm Villa  

The staff is making you feel like it is a six-star place. Everything can be arranged at the hotel, the food is great, the rooms are surprisingly up to western-standard. (Croatian) svaka preporuka!

excelent pool, well kept grounds, good quiet location just outside Siem Reap, lovely huge family bungalow for 4 people, perfect for organizing trustworthy temple and other trips

Staff are fantastic. Could not be any more friendly. Pool and bar/restuarant area are great. Nice to relax there after a day exploring. Room, is basic but clean enough. Our room had an enormous lounge area (we arrived late at night and actually thought it was the hotel reception) Separate bedroom was fine. Basic but fine. Could walk to Night Market. 15 minutes. Better to take Tut Tut which hotel will sort for you. Hotel also happy to arrange TuT to tour of temples and also to airport.

Tap water was an interesting colour. Definitely not for drinking:-) If you want luxury then this is not the hotel for you. If you want a really good, basic, hotel with a good pool and great staff then it is.

Close to the city but feels like you're in the country.

Apparently the rooms are split between "Modern & Cambodian" I was not aware of this and spent my visit in a $75 usd a night "Cambodian" room which was basic, and certainly not worth 75 bucks a night. Make sure you ask for the "Modern rooms" if you want comfort.

Great staff, great room, great pool, great service... What else can you say?

-фотографии не отражают действительность,точнее сделаны очень мастерски,в реальности все печальнее,в реале все выглядит заброшенным -грязные полотенца -далеко от города,таксисты накидывают бакс -жгут листву рядом с бассейном -платный трансфер до аэропорта(6$) -отравился амлетом в последнее утро -при чекауте,даже если бронировал через букинг,просят карту,чтобы вручную с нее снять деньги(кстати +2%)

cette hotel est une excellente adresse, située en ville mais suffisamment à l'écart de l'hyper (à peine 5' en touk-touk) pour bénéficier du calme que l'on recherche après une bonne journée de visite. Sa petite structure en villa fait que le nombre de personnes hébergées reste faible, très loin des grandes structures hôtelières avec des dizaine de chambres. En outre son jardin, ses pelouses où les enfants peuvent s'amuser et sa piscine sont parfaits et très bien entretenus Grace à un personnel souriant, extrêmement dévoues et hyper serviables. Possibilite de se faire masser autour de la piscine et de prendre ses repas au bord de la piscine quasiment à n'importe quel heure. Enfin, possibilité également d'utiliser des vélos pour des balades ou de commander un touk-touk qui arrive sur place en quelques minutes seulement en étant sûr du prix que l'on paiera en fin de course. Non, vraiment à conseiller vivement tant pour le rapport qualité prix que pour la gentillesse des propriétaires et des personnels.

Les délais pour se faire servir les repas sont parfois un peu trop longs. L'hôtel mériterait de corriger ce point.

Très confortable et bien décoré. Personnel très gentil. Superbe piscine et jardin exotique.

Sehr schöne, ruhige Anlage mit super tollem Pool! Unterkunft sehr großzügig und sauber. In ca. 5min ist man mit dem Tuk-Tuk im Stadtzentrum. Pool und Palm bietet kostenlosen Tuk-Tuk transfer an. Sehr nette und freundliche Athmosphäre.

Personal spricht teilweise sehr schlechtes Englisch. Restaurant hat Verbesserungspotential hinsichtlich Schnelligkeit sowie Verfügbarkeit der auf der Karte aufgeführten Speisen.

Très belle piscine et ses abords très agréables surtout après une journée dans les temples. Le tuktuk gratuit pour aller en ville (5mn). Le retour 2$ avec tuktuk de ville : ne pas oublier de prendre la carte de l'établissement... La convivialité d'une toute petite structure

Le manque de luminosité des chambres. Chambres pas très nettes ... La restauration limitée ...

Accueil chaleureux du personnel et des gérants. Cela est certainement dû au fait que cet hôtel est une petite structure. Efficacité dans l'organisation des sorties. Piscine fabuleuse et jardin très agréable après une longue journée de visite, tout cela à quelques minutes du centre ville.

Отель находится неподалеку от шумного центра, до паб-стрит всего 4 мин на тук-туке! Обалденное место для отдыха после изнурительных прогулок по ангкору!
