Other guests banging there doors hard late at night!
Great service, great staff, great value. we liked the idea of the free driver 24 hours a day, who you called with your free Mobile phone, or the guys on the reception desk would arrange this and then meet and greet you with cold towels. We would Also recommend the sister hotel the Lotus Planc hotel. Thanks to everyone for making this one of our best hotel stays ever.

Furniture a bit old but that's not important

Privilege floor facilities is a must: free car at your disposal, free happy hour drinks, 4 pieces laundry.... The attention of Mr Sony , Mr Jacky and all the team was exceptional , we will keep the souvenir for ever in our mind. Strongly recommanded.

The only thing that lets down the experience slightly is the limited food options at the hotel. Good enough for a three/four day stay on an inclusive basis but any longer and you would be desperate for something new.
We stayed in the Royal Suite on a fully inclusive basis, Jacky and the team couldn't do enough for us, we really were treated like royalty. Having access to a personal driver 24/7 (Morgan) and to a tour guide for our trips around the Angkor complex (Siluch) was a dream and vastly improved our understanding and enjoyment.

wifi signal was a bit weak, but a small price to pay for such excellent hotel service!
It's a rare hotel that manages to exceed your expectations in every way. From the moment we were picked up by our personalized concierge Jacky at the airport until he dropped us off again for our departure, every need and detail was masterfully handled by consummate professionals with a degree of warmth, friendliness and genuine kindness you will seldom find at even the best luxury chains. From the individualized menu options at breakfast, to complementary upgrades and gifts we showered with through our stay, we always were made to feel as special as the royalty who have been known to stay at this hotel. I'd strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience unparalleled service and value for luxury accommodation. Trust me, after a stay at the Privilege Floor, it'll be a bit of a letdown to return even to five-star hotel service again!

Smallest of complaints - staff almost too eager. Many questions being asked multiple times by multiple people when trying to get back to the room after a long day exploring. They need a better system for ensuring guests needs are taken care of.
24hr driver, incredibly helpful staff, beautiful room and balcony, beautiful pool area, quality food and drink, 2hr free cocktails nightly, 60min massage was awesome, organising tours with guide provided was easy. Centrally located.

Lounge staff were somewhat noisy and it took several requests to have room re supplied. Location is only OK.

We're getting petty, but the inability to turn the terrace lights off was annoying.
We got off to a rocky start with no-one to pick us up at the airport but the hotel was quick to apologize and more than made up for it. Room was great and the wifi fast. We had a package that included some meals, a picnic (which is not a snack box but a table & chairs complete with chef), temple tours, guide and spa. All were excellent. Very personal service from all staff.

We heard the availavility of tour guides in Japanese is limited, and some of Japanese guests could not get them on their first day. I guess it was because of the busiest season, but it would be pitty for those guests. If the hotel can reserve guides well in advance, such situation could have been avoided. The restaurant provides good quolity of food, but we were kept waiting for long. Again, l understand busy situation, but have to say that it flaws the overall excellent quolity of this hotel.
The sunset package includes 24 hour driver service and a daily tour guide, and this perfectly ensured us stress-free personilized tours in vast area of Angkor monuments. Moreover, we believe the spa service in the hotel is one of the best. It was so good that we had 3 times during our 3 nights stay. These services were arranged by an excellent concierge, Jacky.

The hotel in which the Privileged Floor is located was also very nice with great facilities, like pool. They are renovating the hotel and I believe the Privileged Floor will also get a modernized facelift soon. It was fine as is but like any hotel, a facelift is always welcome.
The list of extra benefits promised in advance made me select this facility and they more than fulfilled each promised benefit--and did so with a smile. I had a full sized SUV at my disposal with driver all day and evening, free local cell phone with 30 minutes international calling, free daily laundry, free full breakfast, free drinks at Happy Hour with excellent snacks, free wifi, etc. etc. The staff could not do enough and were constantly asking if I needed anything and whether I was satisfied. I travel a great deal on business and must say they outdid themselves. I consider myself a finicky traveler.
