Location is perfect! The room we had was clean and spacious (1 double bed & 1 small bed), facing the small alley (which is quiet at night). Wifi in the room is fast enough. This hotel is also a small pub but I don't see outsiders sitting in the lounge. They even provide free pickup from Airport, just email them in advance.

There's a narrow spiral stairs up to your room, can be dangerous if you are carrying big luggages. However the staff will always be there to help you.

    - Convenient location to Pub Street/ Old market. - Very spacious and comfy room with 2 twin beds & 1 double bed. - Comes with wifi, and u can borrow a dvd player. - English-speaking staff. - No breakfast, which is not an issue. - Security cameras on each floor and they will lock up the place when all the guests are back - Peaceful and able to get a good night s rest - Many strategic power points around the room I would go back to this hotel if i m back at siem reap.

    - steep/narrow staircase (inconvenient if u r carrying a large/heavy luggage) - was filled with cooking smell along the staircase. Luckily, it didnt get into the room

The location was great, markets, food, mini marts all nearby. The room was very clean and comfortable. Tuktuks right outside the hotel so it was easy to get around to all the attractions. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially grateful to them for helping us to communicate and arrange with the night bus company to help change our night bus arrangements at the last minute as one of my travelling companions had fallen ill and we had to stay an additional day in siem reap.

    Honestly nothing

This was simply the best hotel we could have possibly chosen to stay at in Siem Reap. HANDS DOWN. The lobby was cozy and comfortable, the staff was so helpful and did everything with a smile, the room was beautiful, and LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. It's perfectly nestled in a quite, cute, alleyway that leads to the greater fun to be had in on Pub Street. In other words, you get the best of both worlds: peacefulness but access to the fun! There was no other street within the city that was equally as quiet that was situated smack dab in town. There's also a spectacular rooftop from which you can order delicious cocktails and watch the stunning Cambodian sunset. Glorious.

    Nothing. It was spectacular.

This hotel is probably the best thing that has happened in Cambodia after Angkor was built :) Everything was just perfect and the staff also helped us much on planing our trips around the city and gave valuable advises.

Electricity gone time to time, but it's the whole city not the hotel problem.

Excellent hotel, located in the heart of Seam Reap, near the market and pubs street, but still in a quiet alley. The staff were extremely nice, even giving me a room after checking out for taking a shower and resting before going to the airport. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable. 100% recommended.

Hotel itself is modern and newly-built. Amazing location!!! Just right in the center of the city. Secs walk to old market, pub street, restaurants...etc. Staffs are very friendly but not overwhelming. Wifi works great in the room. Very cute little rooftop area with pretty town view to chill.

The hotel is located in a hiden alley between main streets; does it's best to eliminated noises coming from busy clubs, pubs one street away. However the room is not completely in silence. Noises are certainly not directly exploding on your face, but not totally quiet either. You can hear mild bits pieces muffling music coming from the street; however not so bad that you can not fall asleep. Maybe on the other side of the rooms are better.

Friendly and welcoming staff. The owner, Phally, was lovely and even organised a wonderful guide for us in Battambang as well as a great guide to show us around Angkor Wat. Would stay there again anytime I'm in Siem Reap

Fantastic hotel with a guesthouse-feel. We stayed a day extra in Siem Reap because we loved this hotel so much. Wonderfull staff, beautiful spacy rooms and the location, right in the alley is great. I am recommending Purple Mangosteen to every traveller I meet who's going to Siem Reap.

The location is perfect, right next to pub street and night market. can access everywhere by walk. loads of restaurants and shops downstairs the street. Clean and nice room. like the purple tune. Only tried one meal in the hotel, price is acceptable, and taste is good.

Only broke one small shower bottle, got charged 7dollars. a bit disappointed about this.

This is the PERFECT hotel in Siem Reap. It's extremely well located .. Right in the middle of the city center but on a quiet street. The rooms are spacious, air conditioned, very clean, with wi fi that works efficiently, and a shower that is god sent after a day at the temples. The manager and her staff are the nicest, most helpful people ever.

Very clean and modern rooms. Located right in the heart of town. Cool roof top bar that served drinks and food.

Staff were very disinterested. The tuk tuk drivers had trouble finding the place using the address 'the alley' so would be helpful to know its local address. Seeing as most people go to Siem Reap to see Angkor Wat some information and assistance booking a tour of the temples would have been good.
