Suite are big and comfortable with wonderful views of the river front and sun rise .

No longer have 24 hour room service or laundry bags in the rooms .

Firstly, I loved the fact that they had an elevator in this hotel as most of the others I looked at did not. The hotel is modern and the design was very funky and unlike anything else I seen in Phnom Penh. The location really cant be beaten as its right on the river, there are plenty of restaurants and bars close by and walking along the river front at sunset was lovely. The room was comfortable and I slept well. The views from the Rooftop bar are stunning and their cocktails during happy hour are a bargain. The breakfast, included in the room rate, was superb, Italian coffee was a joy and the fresh fruit salad was good.I Noticed that they also had lunch time blackboard specials and very reasonably priced. All in all this was a great choice and im glad I stayed here. Very happy.

The fact that I hadnt noticed that they have a 'eat all you can' deal going. If I had noticed that I would have taken that deal.

The room was generally filthy. The bed didn't have a sheet that covered the mattress. Towels were old and smelled bad. Staff just didn't seem to care at all for the guests, except for the driver who was very helpful.

Nothing, It was awful. We checked in and walked straight out (I have never done this in a hotel before)

Very dirty, stained cushions, strange red stains on bathroom floor, broken closet door , dirty and stained closet, strong smell of damp or mouldy aircon everywhere...and above all, no window

No windows in the room and black carpet. Bathroom!

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is very substantial. Panoramic suite has a large bathroom.

Hotel is a bit tired and run-down and is in need of a make-over. Furniture looks used and worn and much of the wood panelling is worn down or chipped. The room has a damp smell in part due to the Mekong river it faces. The river-front area use to be quite nice but has since turned a bit seedy with touts and beggars all around the area. Parked tuk-tuks take up most of the sidewalks so walking around is not the easiest.

A beautifully designed Hotel with gourmet room service.

Eccezionali le stanze con vista sul tonale sap, ottima la colazione servita anche in camera senza alcun sovrapprezzo. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Apprezzabile l'happy hour (metà prezzo) sulla terrazza.

Le stanze senza finestra sono decisamente più piccole. Rapporto qualità prezzo migliore per le stanze con finestra.

Breakfast service was really really slow.

A great place to stay at - modern hotel, great facilities. I opted for the suite - with balcony and great view over the river. Whilst the room was more than I usually pay, Excellent location, great breakfast and a very spacious room. The staff were very friendly and friends were welcomed at the hotel without any hassle. Rooftop bar for happy hour was also great! Highly recommend this Hotel everything was perfect
