The hotel is located on a quiet street just 10mins walking distance from the hustle & bustle of Pub Street and the night market. Tim made us feel very welcome and helped us book a driver for our sunset tour of Angkor the day after our arrival. Our double room was spacious & clean with a big comfy bed for a good night's sleep. The swimming pool is also great to cool down in after a long day of sightseeing!

The side street in which the hotel is situated was very muddy & not easy to drive on so it can be a bit of a bumpy ride.

The pool was amazing after a day of visiting the temples. Cannot be overstated how refreshing it was and a great way to end each day. Staff was friendly but not overly talkative. Owners are amazingly accommodating and seek to make your stay as perfect as possible.

There was a bit of construction happening when we were there but not a problem at all for us given we were the only guests. The walk to town is around 15 minutes but if it's just rained the first portion of road is unpaved so can be very muddy. Also not very well lit. However, we found it to be more of an adventure than annoyance and walked to town every night for dinner.

The room was great, the staff were very helpful, the pool was excellent, breakfast was good, but could have included more options. Overall a fantastic experience and would recommend my friends to stay there.

No where really to hang wet swimmers

This is a fabulous guesthouse with lovely food and great atmosphere. Well worth the price of a night here. Dinner is highly recommend. Staff are very helpful and to top it all of it has a lovely swimming pool to relax in after a hot and dusty day at Angkor Wat.

Loved everything about this amazing boutique hotel, most relaxing place to return to after touring around Angkor Wat and all the fascinating temples.

The owner and his cambodian wife are not friendly at all. Poor service and poor facilities! The owner checked me in, his most concern is to get his guests not to forget turing off the air conditioner when you are out. For $44.00, the room does not provide anything at all, not even a floormat at the bathroom. Water comes out from the shower area right after shower as there is no door between shower place and the toilet. Unless you don't mind sitting on a wet toilet bowl! Provide no basic necessities, no shampoo, conditioner, soap, Only two blowdryers are available in the hotel, u will need to wait and wait until ppl finished using it. Stains were found on bed sheets and pillows. Lots of mosquitos. In compare to huge selection of available hotels in the old market area, this place is way over priced without doubt. Unless you really have no choice or want to stay at a place in the middle of nowhere, this guest house is highly not recommended. This guest house sucks!

I like the quietness over there though the hotel is situated in a pretty central location. The hotel and room are tidy and clean, and they have a nice pool! Sophearith and Tim as well the rest of the staffs are very friendly and we were taken good care of during the stay. I don't understand why my husband insisted to stay at this hotel at the beginning but now I know why! :) Thank you for bringing us a memorable anniversary in Siem Reap. See you guys very soon!

Pillows are too small and low, maybe it's good to have at least a few firm type of pillows available for special needs.

The lovely b&b is run by young couple and located slightly off the busy city centre, roughly 15 minute walk or one to two USD tuk tuk. It has a nice pool which you can really enjoy due to its distance from the hustle and bustle. Also tried dinner at the restaurant - great homemade food. Extremely helpful staff on tour recommendations.

A calm spot in busy Siem Reap; excellent service at a good price and a very nice familiar setting; very kind young family running the place, giving it a familiar touch. Very good breakfast, great pool! Rooms simple and clean.

Maybe it could be signposted a little bit better

A small, friendly hotel which we booked at short notice. The pool is large, clean and great for cooling off after a travelling day. The room was comfortable and quiet with a good shower.
