Loud construction during day but didn't bother us too much

The staff members went out of their way to make my stay as pleasant as possible. The pool is much-needed in Cambodia's tropical heat. The bicycle rental is also a great way to get around town. The location of this place is simply beyond perfect - within walking distance from great restaurants, the night market, and pub street.

The bathroom was very basic. The shower at the least needs a shower door to prevent the bathroom floor from flooding.

Staff are friendly Walkable distance to old market and Pub Street Room size was fairly big

No phone in the room and as such, no morning calls. fridge was not working. out of the 5 days I was there, I experienced a blackout of 1-3 minutes on 4 days. Water from the bathroom would also seep through to the bedroom.

All the staff we had dealings with were wanting us to have a good experience and were very helpful and friendly. They were able to supply information on various attractions and helped with bookings.

It was all good. Great value for money.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, large, comfortable rooms, free airport pickup, and good proximity to central Siem Reap, good pool

Very clean for Cambodia, alas, is still not as clean as it could be. Also AC was not very powerful. But for $25 one can only grouse so much.

    Airport pickup worked well

Charmless new hotel like many others, breakfast poor. Not enough places to hang things in bathroom and room

Fantastic staff, probably our best value hotel in SE Asia.

Shower only warm water, WIFI not 100% reliable.

    Nothing!

We stayed one night out of the 10 we booked and moved out as soon as we could. The staff were very rude and facilities were poor and unclean.

Liked the pool area which was nice.

Staff seemed disinterested (apart from the breakfast girls). Breakfast itself was pretty poor with only one drink allowed (a tea or a coffee or a fruit juice). Our bedroom looked as if it needed a make over as the walls were marked and one of the ceiling lights was hanging out of its socket. The room safe could be picked up and walked out....its wasnt bolted down anywhere. The bathroom was a pseudo wet room and needed an upgrade. if you had a shower, the water pooled in the bathroom for hours. Lots of Mosquitos about and the hotel could at least spray the corridors or put out coils. Towels on the sunbeds would be nice too. Overall, this place is not worth the money. A better option for the same money would be The Rose Apple Boutique which is super!

    Good location and friendly staff.

A lot of ants in the bath. Breakfast is not included to the price which is not so low for SiemReap.

The staff was very attentive and forthcoming. The pool, albeit a bit fresh, is a nice way to soak off the day. We liked the location of the hotel. Away from the noise and hustle bustle of downtown, yet only 5 minutes walking away.

The wifi wasn't that fast, and had trouble connecting, especially on the upper floors.

    Good location

Rooms were very basic, no thought went into the layout. Only one accessible plug point. Shower was hot but the holder was broken so I had to hold the shower head. Staff were a bit useless when needing help for anything. Breakfast was very limited and one day cooked really poorly.

    Convenient location, nicely decorated.

For this price, one would expect a bit more (eg, incl. Breakfast).

Decently sized and clean rooms, hospitality of the staff (they helped organising guides, tuktuks, day trips, plane tickets, and so on)

Minor thing: the hotel is not brand new (but it is well maintained).

It felt like home away from home. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location could not have been better. Quiet yet near the middle of the city.

Great location short walk to town. Quiet at the hotel. Nice pool, arranged all tours with hotel. Lovely food and staff. Good price.

The only negative was having a 3rd floor room which got very hot in the day. Air con cooled it down but you can't leave it on.

The hotel was located some streets away from the centre so the place was calm at night. The room had a good size and was nicely decorated. The hotel has a swimming pool.

I think that the rooms should have been a little cleaner. The water in the swimming pool was a bit green...

The room was quite big and i had the nicest welcoming ever. The pool is very nice and the hotel is at walking distance from the centre. Overall a very good GH for the money.

The staff was lovely but there was a lack of knowledge about activities in the area. Noise due to renovation of the restaurant. They really should clean all the spiderwebs in the corners and under the sink, there were a lot of spiders in the room (little ones, no panic)
