Staff Clean room Area covered by 4G mobile internet
Given that hotel is far from center I find it overpriced No refrigerator
Great coffee. Nice balkony.cool decoration in the room. Simple but Nice breakfast. Very Nice staff. Its a bit outside town so you will need a tuk tuk driver for food and pub street.
Location, was close to the temples and it wasn't noise at night as ou would spect if u stay close to pub street. Breakfast included was nice Staff was incredibly nice They even pic u up from the airport for free by Tuk tuk
I had the room in the 3th floor and they don't have elevator, but was ok anyways The rooms in the back does not have good view Everything else was excellent
Really good location,,, very helpful and friendly staffs
We were there for two nights in the start of November. Perfect place between center and Angkor Wat. Staff is the best - helpfull, smiling, english speaking (!) . Room was clean, nice, hot shower, ... no problem. Perfect breakfast. No problem to rent bikes, arrange bus, etc. using reception´s service. Guy from hotel picked up us on the airport, this service was free of charge.
Had a lizard in the room one night - no problem except for really strange sounds :) - was suprise that lizards are able to be so loudly :)
everything is good
there was mouse or something else making noise in midnight from the balcony.
A week before our departure, Mr Phang sent me an email about free pick up. They sent us a nice tuk-tuk with friendly driver named Nil and he became our driver during our stay. The room was huge for four people. We got 2 queen beds, 1 king bed, two TVs, and two private bathrooms! The breakfast was good although no choice. We had omelette and loaf breads. When we ate, the manager came to ask about our agenda in Siem Reap. He lent us cambodian traditional hats since it was a hot and sunny day. Very useful hat! The staff did help everything we need. Thank you very much.
There was a weird electricity problem on night. The light flickered several times, although the staff has changed the lamp with a new one. This thing made one of my friends couldn't sleep well.
The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were comfortable. The hôtel is rather close to Angkor Wat.
We were very happy about our stay, the only thing to improve would be the cleaness of linen and towels (clean but spotted)
the staff and the owner are all friendly and really tried their very best to communicate thru English; definitely worth the value for money
Comfortable room. A/c and hot water good. Quiet. Very close to Ankor Wat. What made this place truly remarkable was the staff who were very friendly, kind and helpful and knowledgeable of the area. We would highly recommend this hotel.
quiet helpful staff
a bit far from town centre
The breakfast was good, also the staff was very attentive. They were willing to help without any problems. In general everything was good, we really enjoyed our stay there, we would come once again and we recommend this hotel in travel to siem reap!
The smell inside the room was really strong, that was coming from the pipe in the bathroom. Pillows were kind of hard, also lots of light from the lamp coming through the window at night, whig gave us some sleeping problems.
Hospitality, friendliness of the staff and the delicious breakfasts.
The rooms are very spacious and well-maintained. The service is excellent as everyone is very willing to help. The manager/owner Mony is very accommodating. He even allowed us to extend our stay for a few hours at no extra cost. He will also help you arrange your tour around Angkor Wat.
This hotel is amazingly responsive and extremely high quality for the price. The breakfast and manager's reception were a great value and the wait staff were very friendly and attentive. The location is excellent and the hotel and grounds are always well kept. The rooms are very roomy and accommodate a large family or at least two couples.
everything you need: clean, friendly, convenient location just between the sights and the city. Thank you the wonderful stay!
Large room and very near to Angkor wat. Breakfast was surprisingly good although you don't get a choice. They just bring eggs in various forms! Staff were friendly.
This is not boutique, other than it is small. It was very cheap and we got what we paid for. It's quite a distance from the centre so needs tuk tuks for all journeys. There was a cockroach on the stairs! No facilities around this hotel so you need to travel. It was noisy as children played in a sandpit under our window and let off some sort of explosive devise every day for long periods of time. Towels were threadbare. Not a great hotel but it is very cheap!
Staffs were very nice. They showed us the map and suggested where we should go. We did the sunrise at angkor wat and had to leave the hotel at 5am, they were super kind to get up and make breakfast for us :)) The hotel also helped us organize for a reliable taxi to Poipet border.
There isn't any ventilation in the bathroom which makes it sort of mouldy. It maybe because the hotel is in a form of shophouses and to place bathrooms at the location with windows was difficult. Having said this, the staff cleans and refills toiletries everyday though.
The staff did everything they could to please their guests. Plus the rooms were cleaned every day.
Its advertised as having a sauna when the sauna is over the road
