The moment I left
WiFi doesn't work in the room at all. Little insects running freely on the mattress. But the worst is the shower water, try to fill a glass and check the colour, it is yellow and it smell badly! Staff said it is normal, but it is not! Then ss I was going to pay by card they said I would be charged of 10% because of visa card, then I found out ALL other hotel recharge 3% Is it enough?
No internet in the room, staff did not understand English. If you don't buy the bus tickets or tours with them they get upset. They tried to charge us double for bus tickets for the SAME bus.
Wifi only in the lobby.
Very nice place, comfortable bed, good location, clean. Big balcony. Laundry service provided by the hotel was excellent.
Wifi didn't work at our room (4. floor). It worked at the ground floor.
I stayed one night . . It was all there hot shower nice bed good ac close enough to walk to pub street. Can't comment on the breakfast as I didn't have the opportunity to try it. They booked a bus for me to Phnom Penh which arrived on time an was not quite the same as the photo but was all good
Not keen on going barefoot and leaving shoes by the door
Cold breakfast, wifi didn't work, bathroom poor, worst bed in my 2 months trip. Is not really close to the city. For the same price you can stay closer and with better conditions
The triple room is very comfortable, big room, big balcony and big windows. Excellent breakfast. Good location with local restuarant around.
Good Breakfast and location, pleasure and almost big room.
The internet is available only in the reception zone.
The staff were ok. The woman were very friendly and always smiling. Location was ok but there's a bar/club just down the rd which you can here all night...
The bed is super hard.... Not cool. the tv went out on my second night and all I got was "oh well". The WiFi is non existence on the second floor. Even when you put it near the router in the hall. That was a pain in the arse..
Wifi intermittent and slow.
big room, 10 min walk from the center of Siem Reap
no hot water in the shower, only wifi in the reception area
the breakfast included was really good and good spread of food! The room was huge double bed was so comfy at worked out at £3.50/$5.50 a night and staff were really friendly and helpful.
Room was big and good breakfast
Music was too loud in a near by bar
-Frogs in the lobby. - problems with ants in the room. After they cleaned, it was ok.
Friendly staff, cleanliness, quietness
Bad management (we had to switch room and pay more), a bit far from Angkor area
+ staff + breakfast + room + cleanliness + value for money
+ internet is very bad
The breakfast wasn't great.the bathroom had a mouldy ceiling
Very cheap, great breakfast, excellent location
The accommodation was basic, and it was only 15 min walk to pub street.... Great breakfast in the morning all included....we would stay again
Trying to charge commission for bus and tours....better to get it yourself on corner of road
Price, free collection from airport, big room and staff helpful when booking trips
Location was a little out but could walk in 15 mins to pub street
Breakfast choice. Leaving
On arrival we were greeted by the incredibly creepy receptionist. We were told the room we had booked (double) wasn't available so we could have a family room instead. Room isnt as good as it sounds, very very basically, dont have the extras listed such as dvd player. Not worth the money. The main problem we had was that we chose to book a tuk tuk for our temple trips independently with a very friendly tuk tuk driver. He called to the hotel that evening to say unfortunately he had to leave to phnom penh for family reasons and that his friend would be driving us for the first two days instead..which is fine but these sneaky hotel staff decided to take this as an opportunity to lie to us and tell us he cancelled and that we could book with their tuk tuk instead. We agreed, very disappointed thinking we had been let down but to our surprise who was outside waiting for us the next morning..our tuk tuk. The receptionist then told us when we accused them of lying to us that we cannot go eith our tuk tuk we have to use and pay for theirs now!! After a bit of an argument with the manager who didnt even deny lying and absolute disgust at how dishonest the whole thing was we left in our original tuk tuk. The receptionist was rude and made our life as awkward as possible from then on..trying to tell us we have to pay extra for the included breakfast we had been having all through our stay and silly things like trying to charge extra for ice. Pathetic. Avoid! Not a nice place
It's very reasonable with the price. Breakfast is good.
