Score from 249 reviews Very good
Staff was very nice, helpful and friendly. The location is good, and you can walk to all the shops and restaurants in Siem Reap, without tuk tuks! Room is spacious and beds comfortable. Food and drinks served at the hotel are nice and fair priced. We booked our driver to Angkor Wat with them, and it was all good!
For the price we paid, nothing to complain... No luxury, but a great stay.
From the moment you walked through the door you were welcomed to the hotel like part of a family! They couldn't do enough to help!
The money paid off, the staff was very friendly, the wifi is fast, the room was always clean. We are very thankful for our time at the shooting range - totaly didnt expect an ac van drive!
Its always good to have a safe in the room, but it not a big deal either.
Price Staff Location
The room was big and the bathroom was ok with hot water.
When we got there, they didn't had towels for us, they were dirty, they told us. We asked for advise to go to Angkor Temples and they give you a high price for a driver (don't get a driver there, better take a tuk tuk in the street). The driver who was a friend from the hotel, wasn't nice to us and they didn't give as the information needed about the trip through the temples. After that, I asked for a bus to Ko Chang, and the guy told me that the prices change every day.. (really?) he told me that maybe around 18/22 dollars per person. I got them for 13 dollars in another place.. They are not straight with you.. I didn't like the staff..
staff was very friendly and helpful and the athmosphere was laidback and friendly. it was rather close to the center and easy access to tours for best prices.
There was a big ant problem and it seemed as if they were everywhere. At nights the neighbouring chicken farm or whatnot kept us awake on 3 nights, all night.
The staff is very kindly and they give you a lot of advices for your trip around Angkor. The room is cleaned every day, food thai and international very good. Tuk tuk service to the airport and for your trips in angkor temples or around.
Nothing...just the wifi connection isnt very good !
clean, 2 large double beds in huge room yet so cheap! wifi reasonable in rooms- reception to skype. staff were so friendly and helpful and spoke good english felt safe good aircon nice quiet location
The room was lovely
no wi-fi, staff failed to collect me from the bus station and I wasn't offered a refund. The guy at the front desk seemed confused about the fact that my girlfriend was arriving a day later and he tried to give me a twin room. No towels in the room, no air con remote, no maps.
aircondicon was more expenciv likes the room price...and we must paid extra ...the internet was not posible in the room ...and the price for the tuk tuk for a one day was also to expensiv ...
Room was nice, clean, big, comfortable Manager was helpful with arranging tuktuk to Angkor Wat complex, bus to Phnom Penh and onward to HCMC, didn't pester us too much about booking tours Location was pretty good We would probably stay here again if we come back to Siem Reap
No complaints except better if manager gave a receipt for the bus and details of bus company etc. And the bus from Siem Reap to PP was a minibus and not comfortable ride on the rough road; the bus from PP to HCMC was a nice one
Nice & clean room! Friendly staff!
The water from the tap is dirty, you can't use it at all.
everything but the price. The staff is rude, room is dirty, no hot water, wifi only in the lobby, water pipes are rusted so the water smells so bad. NEVER COME BACK!
the staff was very nice and help a lot. The rooms is awsome for the price.
there are not internet in the room. Everything else was good.
The staff was really nice. They advised me what to do and what not to do when i travelled in Siem Riep. The room was so big and beautiful. The bathroom was clean. Im so satisfied.
We stayed 10 days! Big rooms, good location, nice people and great value for money. Loving it!
We were rather surprised on arrival as we had booked into a hotel to then find it was a hostel. The rooms are nothing like the photos on the booking page. The bathroom was the worst we have come across in Asia in five weeks of travelling. It smelt of damp and the toilet bowl and sink were stained despite being cleaned. The walls had stains where there had been leaks and riddled with ants. The shower was also very poor and we left feeling dirtier than before washing. There was no clean towels on our second day nor a change of bedding. Don't book any excursions with the hotel as you will be left out of pocket and worried half to death. We had a trip to the temples which was sold as a full day with many stops for breakfast and lunch and received a trip which had no stops designated for food or rest that ended after 4 hours. Also the person who booked all our trips was so helpful and keen on taking our money then disappeared for two days and was nowhere to be seen when our bus to leave for phenom phen didn't turn up on time and we panicked having to beg the reception staff who had no clue to call and fix it or give us a refund. There are lizards everywhere. I know this is Asia, but anywhere else at this price point we have stayed have been much less acustom to this and more secure from getting creatures and insects in the rooms. I know most don't harm you but it isn't pleasant to share a room with them. There were five power cuts in two days, for which we were awake so unsure as to how many in total. Cambodia is incredibly hot even in this wet season so a power outage with no air con even for twenty mins is unbearable. We are a young couple travelling and on the whole found this stay troubling and off putting for the rest of our stay in Cambodia. We would NOT recommend to anyone.
Hotel is grand, it does a free pick up from bus station or airport
No wifi in room reception only. Food is very slow here, we had 2meals here and we were waiting 45mins to an hour both times.
Right in the heart of Siem reap close to all the bars and restaurants but in a quiet street so you can get some sleep
Had to move rooms several times: broken lights, broken taps in bathroom, strong cigarette smell...eventually found one which was decent. Fine for the price but whole place needs a good clean - beds were clean but walls dirty and need painting.
cheap, good location, good meals!!
cold shower, one gecko in my room in the first day...hahaha water smelling rust from the pipes. part of the roof of my room was broken and was leaking a little bit from the plumbing but in fact, for $5 is really ok!
Had a private room. Got two doublebeds, very nice. About 15 min walk to night market.
No electricity plugs in the room! Where to charge all my stuff?! Staff ripped me off.
