we were in a room attached to the stairs and the light from the stairs made our room bright all night. Also, really loud music playing in the lobby at night. Could hear from our room.
Comfortable bed and close drive to anchor wat but far tuktuk from the city center.
April 21, 2015
The aircon was poor, most hotel staff was unhelpful, massages treatments are over prices, bed sheets dirty,
The wifi was good. Tuk tuk driver "tommy" was very helpful ask for him if you do stay here.
April 18, 2015
We booked 3 family rooms. They were too small for family and there was no soap in the shower in one of the rooms.
April 9, 2015
A little far from restaurants and stores (not a problem if you use a tuk tuk) and after a day of hiking through temples, the walk up two flights of stairs was tiring.
Very friendly helpful staff, nice clean room, access to massage, great price/value.

It is a bit out of the way from the main part of town so you need a tuk tuk to get there. Laundry services were not cheap and the little restaurant inside was a little expensive, no complimentary breakfast.
The staff is very friendly, especially Patrick the manager. When we checked in he showed us 2 other rooms, other than what we booked, to see if we liked them better. He is very nice and helpful. Aircon in room worka great. Hotel is near Angkor Wat. Staff helped us get a tuk tuk to airport.

The bed was really hard. The shower made the entire bathroom wet all of the time, with a leaking pipe. The walls hard marks all over them and there were 2 geckos in our room which made very loud noises during the night because we couldn't catch them to let them out.
The driver that was arranged to pick us up from the airport and drove us around for most of our stay
March 27, 2015
There are no nearby restaurants or bars, so if you want to eat/drink you'll need to get a tuk tuk to the towncenter or cycle there in 30 mins.
I loved the location of this hotel, it was eqi-distant from Angkor Wat and the old town. its about 20mins cycle to Angkor Wat, which is perfect if you want to catch the most incredible sunrise and the sunsets. The staff spoke good English and were always available to answer my questions. They helped me buy travel tickets and arranged for a tuk tuk to and from the ariport. Oh, theres also an incredible spa downstairs which i would recommend after walking/cycling and climbing the temples.

This was a great option for our stay in Siem Reap. Patrick is very friendly and great to deal with and his team are very happy and helpful. Not right in town which suited us well but something to be aware of if a city location is preferable.
March 21, 2015
Our host Patrick made suggestions on places to go and places that are not so good to visit. He was also flexible. Our tuktuk driver also assigned by the hotel at our request was great! To top it all, price was more than our money's worth. Food in the restaurant was also very good and very reasonably-priced.

Too noisy to get a proper night sleep.
March 16, 2015
They where always helpful polite and accomidating
March 13, 2015
Location is right on the busy road toward the temples - not sooo bad, but I would have enjoyed being in the more atmospheric "old city".
Staff was super friendly and helpful. They worked hard to accomodate my changing plans. Set up taxi, tour, & bus ticket. Evening massage on the premises. Newish, well cared-for building. Good AC.
March 10, 2015
Even it was advertised that major credit cards are accepted, I was told that the POS machine for credit card is not working "due to a problem" so i had to pay in cash. During sleep, reducing the fan speed of the air-con in the room to get rid of noise didn't reduce fan speed and the aircon continued working at full fan speed, which means "noisy". When you turn it off completely, it was crazy hot. You may be more lucky, though. It will be good if bathrooms are renovated.
Quality massage on site. $8 for 1 hour, $12 if includes oil. The most important is, this girl was making really good & quality massage. I really liked this and bought 3 massages. It was not like 'fake' massage on street massage parlours.

distance from hotel to Pub street
The best thing about my stay was the hosts. He is very kind. The hotel itself is about 3km from the city on one side and the ancient temples on the other side But it was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Quite simply excellent value for money. The service more than makes up for it. I recommend you stay in this hotel :) Stayed March 2015

Can not recommend booking bus rides in the hotel. Really nice person, still we payed 22$ for a bus to ko chang. All other persons in the bus payed between 14$ and 18$ for the exactly same trip. Better go to some travel agencies in siam reap and do a price check.
February 26, 2015
The staff was really friendly and so helpful. We made a late booking, but the room was clean and the bed so comfortable. Defenitely recommend to anyone want to stay in Siem Reap. The location is okay, the distance to the city or to the temples are the same.
February 24, 2015
The only downside was that it was located about 3 km from the center, but transport is reasonable, so it is not a major problem
The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Staff could not do enough for you.
February 22, 2015
As it is not in downtown Siem Rep, not too much restaurants and shops nearby, not a walking distance to town, but if you rent a bike, it's OK.
The hotel is located at a quite neibourhood which is close to the edge of the angkor forest, if you plan to run the small tour and big tour through Angkor Wat by bicycle, this is a perfect place, just 25 mins by bike to the west entrance of Angkor Wat and 20 mins bike to pub street area; Very friendly hotel staff, the housemistress is a very nice lady, really thoughtful for customers free bottles of waters every day, free pick up from airport. Room facility is neat and OK for those who need simple life rather than something luxary. Even though the massage is a bit expensive, but it can be done in your room and with high quality. I think it's worthy. the WIFI is not working at the first day, but for the rest of the days, it's OK. After all this is a very undevelopped country, you can't ask the availability as same as it is in big city. Fully understand that. Conclusion : High value hotel regarding to the price. Recommend for those who like quietness and deside to travel Angkor with bicycle

The manager was realy helpfull! Wil deffentli stay here if the changs arise agein:)
February 5, 2015
The best thing about my stay was the hosts, Patrick and Mom. Both were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is about 3km from the city on one side and the ancient temples on the other side. There are still restaurants nearby, as well as a local market and restaurants (if you are on a budget), all within walking distance. The hotel itself was a little old but good for the price being paid. The service more than makes up for it.

Its slightly out of the way but in a great location for going to angkor wat.
The hotel staff was very pleasant and easy to work with, willing to go out of the way to organize travel arrangements and give you ideas of things to do. I recommend this hotel.
