Great staff and absolutely excellent position. Very close to the markets and walking areas. The rooms are very nice and stylish.

Only down is breakfast. No buffet and not very good overall...

Beautifully presented hotel and excellent welcome on our arrival, nice cold flannels, drinks and snacks. Rooms also very spacious and well presented alot of attention to detail. Breakfast delicious. Staff extremely helpful. Well situated in the old part close to everything.

we did not like anything and checked out early.Siem Reap is a great place but I would not recommend Villa Medamrei

The entrance was full of shoes.If they want guest to go bare foot they should keep floors clean and provide storage.The breakfast was poor .we booked a room with garden view which was a brickwall 2 feet away with bamboo in front.this hotel the room was very dark

Staff welcome was great and they were so accommodating to our quick stay. They helped arrange and clarify previous arrangements made. The room arranged for was cool, they had run the air con. The room itself was spacious and quite smart. So much more than what I thought a room at the price point would provide. After traveling for two weeks in Vietnam, the bed was so comfy and the shower was just perfect. On my first day I discovered the second floor terrace / balcony resto. Perfect for an afternoon of resting and checking out street life while charging and sorting digital pictures

Very clean, staff were very friendly, booked our guide and transport to Angkor wot and other temples. Picked us up from bus and took us back to airport

There wasn't anything we disliked

Everything right from the moment we arrived. Very friendly staff who spoke reasonably good English. They made us feel welcome and served up a nice cold drink with banana chips and a hot towel to freshen up. After a long journey from Bangkok that was very nice indeed. We like the idea of taking our shoes off as we entered the hotel. The decorations were so beautiful right from the lounge downstairs all the way up to our room upstairs. Location was great as there were so many places for us to eat. Many laundry service and shops near by.

The overall interior design of the villa is good. Both me and my girlfriend enjoy staying there because of the room is clean, neat and comfortable. And the hotel staff is very polite and friendly. Keep it up!

I like the calm atmosphere. Felt like a luxury hotel, the service was great and the food.

The most friendly and helpful staff I have ever met. Modest but very nice, clean and well designed rooms. Very tasty European breakfasts as well as nice khmer cuisine Strongly recommended for people interested in spending their time in cosy and friendly atmosphere. Perfect location. No surprise they have received the Trip Advisor’s certificate of excellence. At Villa Médamrei you will see that what makes a difference is people!

The staff and owner were amazing (thanks heaps). The service and friendliness were what you would expect at a top class five star hotel. The rooms are clean and recently renovated. The whole place is one of the best overall experience's I have had in all my travels around the globe and totally unexpected for this, my second trip to Siem reap.

Hard to pick but if I had to, I would suggest maybe a hot water tap on the wash basin on the next renovation. I am a really hard person to please so this is being really picky and most people would even notice something like this in a place like Siem reap.

Hotel was a short stroll from Pub St and the markets. Restaurants, nightlife, shopping, money exchange, laundry services, pharmacy are all in very close proximity. Hotel is new and has contemporary decor with a relaxed atmosphere.

Poor lighting both in the hallway and in rooms. Even with all the lights on, it was difficult to read a book. Hotel has a no shoe policy, but this understandable as roads outside are dusty and muddy if it has been raining.
