This hotel was great! The staff were very nice, some of them spoke very good English, the service was excellent -- we even got a free pick up service! We booked a room with 4 single beds. The room was huge, although the bathroom was tiny. The location was actually right in the back of the night market, but quite far from the main road, it's like the only way to go there is by taking tuk tuk or walk for 15 minutes. However, the staff showed us a shortcut to get to the night market/main road, only 5 minutes walking! Their tuk tuk driver was also nice. Overall, aside from the beauty of Siem Reap, this city really made our trip and we definitely will come back here again! A bit slow wifi. Not a big deal at all.

They also can arrange transports (to angkor wat or tonle sap) and their prices are reasonable, our trip to angkor wat was 2 dollars cheaper from the one we searched in main street. 5 options of continental breakfast, with fruits, coffee or tea - superb! the lobby/cafe is chique, good place to chill. free WIFI on every floor, FAST!- each floor has a server. comfortable beds, new hotel so new mattress, clean sheets and towels everyday. bathrooms are also clean, they provide heater for hot showers. location is fantastic! literally behind angkor night market, we can basically touch the market roof when climbing the staircase haha. although at first when took the tuk-tuk (free airport transfer) the journey seems far from main street but we can actually take a shortcut by foot. On the arrival day itself, the staff took the initiative to show us the road to main street and it only took like 3 mins to reach. Overall- an excellent place to stay in siem reap! BEST SERVICE AND LOCATION - GOOD JOB GUYS! wish they had swimming pool, so we can cool down from the heat of siem reap. our bathroom ventilating system is actually connected to the next door's bathroom. so when theyre doing their 'business', there were some 'smells'

It was very accessible to points of interest like Angkor Wat, Tonle Sap as well as the Old Market, Royal Residence and Gardens and literally a hop away from the Night Market food and shopping street. So, very good location. Attractive rates. We stayed at the hotel for 5 days and I felt the room should at least be made up maybe alternate days, if not everyday. Other than that, no complaints.

Staff is really friendly. Good food. The road to the Villa is too bumping and muddy after rain. A sign at the road for Tuc Tuc driver would be nice.

L 'excellence du personnel : leur disponibilité, le service, le sourire et toujours le fait de se sentir "presque " à la maison. Le service de tuk tuk proposé par l'hotel le petit dej EXTRA Le voyage soit disant VIP réservé par le proprietaire pour le passage en frontière thailandaise ; un bus d'une médiocrité et d'une saleté inimaginable ! A proscrire absolument.

员工腼腆稚嫩，但另一方面，非常友好淳朴。 硬件出了些问题，但是对方态度诚恳且都能够及时补救。 因缘际会结识了许多新朋友，这对我而言非常重要，也是旅程中尤为惊喜的部分。 可以加强防蚊措施。 此外，建议在餐饮上多下点功夫。

这家超赞，老板人非常好，很年轻，很热情，专业到位，环境干净，早餐也很好吃，离热区步行十分钟，不远的，- 他家的TUK TUK驾驶员人也很好，帮助我们很多，价格又实惠！！强烈推荐！！！

Value for money. Free pick up from airport. The hotel is very near to the night market. There is a distance of bumpy mud road connecting to the hotel once you get off the main road. There is another mud road between houses that lead to the night market which is really dark at night.

It is clean and tidy. I got 30 mintes free massage cause the air-con was very noisy when the first day i stayed there. 1. The loacation is too 'secret' as the name indicated. Even the tuk tuk drivers cannot find the place. 2. Not convenient if you wanna walk outside.
