bad business ethics. I booked 5 rooms but only 3 superior king available so they gave 2 deluxe twin which cost twice . so looks like no choice but after confirmation found out 3 superior king still available. Friend who booked 4 days later for same period still managed to get superior king room.
i had a very good stay in this hotel. very polite staff, good breakfast and.....
Very clean, lovely pool, comfy bed, walking distance to main attractions in Siem Reap.
Staff were always very attentive and willing, but failed to build rapport, only one young woman showed any warmth. Poor water pressure in shower with difficult temperature management. Creative plumbing! Because the staff only have English limited to basic requirements of servicing tourists, this caused confusion over cost of temple tours and embarrassed us because it led to remorque driver thinking we were trying to rip him off.
good service. Clean and quite room.
Staff were so helpful The room was smart and cleaned daily Pool very welcome and clean Near but not in the noisy part of town Free pick up from the airport
breakfast not included and a bit pricy but good quality The lady next door practiced the xylophone a little too much - it started relaxing but on a wet day it became a bit much
Clean Good swimming pool Kind staff
Staff not very useful to organise trips, except the manager of the hotel...
Really nice place. Enjoyed our time there!
Good location, friendly staff. The pool is nice, even if small. Would definitely stay here again.
Pool, nice room but very small, many english channels.
Unstable wifi. Quite far from the center.
Beyond friendly service
Not a thing
Hotel staff were friendly, pool nice and clean, rooms clean.
Wifi very dodgy and to be honest we found better, cheaper hotel not far from this one where wifi was excellent.
The director, Mrs. Sothanny was really friendly. We enjoyend staying there. Price was fair.
Maybe they should change the water of the swimming pool more often.
the pool was great after a day out in Siem Reap breakfast was filling and very tasty
when sitting by the pool we would get splashed as the seats are so close to the pool. It is all a bit squashed. the noise from the surrounding buildings although we were told this is unusual.
A very great place and the owner is very accommodating. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Wi-Fi is actually fast unlike other places. We had a very late flight and the owner allowed us to use the shower even after checkout.
The breakfast was very good in general except for the sausages. They tasted a bit sour for some reason maybe it's just me.
very friendly, helpful staff Away from the bars and noise of downtown
3 big rats near breakfast area
The hotel is in a beautiful building, which is simply but tastefully decorated. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Our kids loved the pool.
Swimming pool. Price was reasonable.
Very noisy renovation work throughout our stay started at 7:30am every day. Frequent power cuts (other places in the road were unaffected). Poor breakfast; only five options yet I almost never got what I ordered. Floor under the bed was filthy.
All the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The pool was refreshing and the breakfast was made to order. All in all, a good place to stay!
The staff were particularly helpful. We had an issue with lost property on a bus to Siem Reap, and we were kindly helped out by them calling multiple bus companies for us. We had a free pick-up from the bus station on our arrival, which was really helpful. We were greeted with a refreshment and cold towels on arrival- just what we needed. The swimming pool was lovely and towels were provided.
Breakfast was not included. There was some work being done to the hotel while we were there, which wasn't much of an issue, however, the workmen were gathered outside our ground floor room, and therefore we couldn't open our curtains due to a lack of privacy.
Friendly staff. clean rooms. good value for money.
towels were a bit old but still clean
The staff were really helpful. We wanted to take the boat from battambang to siem reap, and the owner called the boat company to figure out if the boat was running and helped me communicate with the hotel staff in B.B as they don't speak English. They packed.breakfast for us since we wanted to see sunrise at Angkor. Although it cost extra (3 usd), it was good value. The pool was great after a long hot day visiting the Angkor.
The water pressure was a bit weak. Also i wouldn't recommend ordering massages there. Although it is convenient, lacking a proper table and facilities makes the experience a bit cheap.
The staff go out of their way to please and speaks decent english. Close to the old market and pub street where the action is (about a 10 minute walk).
Room is a little small and the bathroom needs work (door don't close without a huge squeak, the taps are loose) and a room without much of a view really
It was very clean and far enough away from the night markets and pub street that it was quiet but not to far to walk. They also provide a free pick up from the bus station or airport. The pool was also very clean and super refreshing after a day at Angkor
There was construction going on from 8-4 everyday so if you wanted to sleep in at all that was not happening, we didn't know about this at the time of booking but she did inform us at the time of check in so we weren't to bothered by it.
We've travelled from England to Thailand by train which took 2 months. This has been the best hotel we've stayed in by far. Don't have a bad word to say about it.
This was the cheapest hotel of our stay which shows in the room size but is made up for by helpful staff and a pool which is super essential for Siem Reap.
The breakfast was very weak. Though they have a few choices and you order off the menu, the plain, stale white bread doesn't measure up. Pancakes were the better choice.
