White Mansion Boutique Hotel    

The suites were beautiful. The Internet was great and quite fast. Loved it and unfortunately I'm a very picky person but I was impressed with this hotel. Thanks for a great stay, White Mansion.

It'd be good if the staff learnt a few more English words as they seemed to get quite confused by basic English requests.

- Friendly staff. - Rooms are spacious. - It is situated fairly close to the Royal Palace. - Massage in this hotel is awesome!

- The only con would probably be sloppy housekeeping, specifically towels were not changed and we were given pool towels when we requested one!

Payment for early check in. Ac not very good much noise , the room very warm The ac wasn't working properly inside the hotel....very warm.

We stayed there for 3 nights, was really awesome stay indeed, very friendly and helpfull staff, very great, nice, comfortable hotel, when I booked the hotel I told them that its our anniversary and the manager emailed me personally and then prepared our room with bouquet of roses, petal roses on the bed and card, very thoughtful of them. We do really enjoyed our stay there! and would gladly stay there again if we back to Phnom Penh.

they dont serve buffet for breakfast. appearance from outside doesnt look like hotel, more to like private resident.

Great place to relax completely, room was just perfect. Left our luggage in the hotel on check-out. Were offered free shower and pool visit till our departure to the airport in the evening.

We arrived following a 3 day trip on buses and boats, so the arrival drink and cool towel was a welcome start to this relaxing hotel. The room was amazing, plenty of space in both the bedroom area and bathroom, including complimentary drinks. It was my partner's birthday during our stay and although I'd emailed ahead and requested a small birthday cake, I didn't honestly expect anything to happen, however, he was greeted with a birthday card from the hotel, and an amazing cake was delivered to the room by the staff singing happy birthday, more than I could've wished for! The staff were welcoming and very helpful with onward travel arrangements, the only downside was that the hotel was so nice, we didn't actually want to leave!

Staff were very friendly and attentive especially Dared (probably wrong spelling) who went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable and happy. The room was very spacious and had a huge terrace. The swimming pool was great, especially when it got really hot and the spa was also a great addition. The location was really good as well, great neighbourhood and close to everything. Can't fault the hotel really.

Staff was very attentive and friendly, nice size rooms, very comfortable, high ceilings, a haven of tranquility in a chaotic city. Good breakfast and coffee. Nice Spa treatments at reasonable prices. Great location, minutes away from the river front and Royal Palace.

The bed was a little hard, and the pillows were not very comfortable (one was very thin and one was very high). Limited food options at the Cafe.

- Limited restaurant/bar (average, dont go there for dinner) - no fitness centre available - good breakfast but limited in quantity (no buffet) - "a bit" far from the river or from the main restaurants (10 min tuk tuk, $1-2) - the staff could be somehow more efficient for this kind of high-end hotel in PP

Staff friendly and very helpful, rooms are spacious, well decorated and beds very comfortable. The breakfast was very nice with good service throughout, pool is great for laps, about 20 metres.

Everything - staff service, exceptional quality decor and contemporary style. Free wifi and internet facilities. Free water and soft drinks. Suite was superb style, size and very comfortable bed. A perfect oasis of calm and relaxation. Faultless stay.

It is really a nice hotel. Hotel in a popular road. Staff very nice. Breakfast good. Room very spacious, lovely & clean. Location good.

Very noisy but hope that the hotel will do something about that.

We are on a nine week trip of Asia and our room was one of the best yet. Fab balcony as well. The staff were all excellent and very accommodating and professional.

We would have preferred a small buffet for breakfast for the fruit, bread and pastry items with orders taken just for the hot food. This is just only our preference.
