A good price, but you get what you pay fo. Overall, the hotel was clean. Room was clean and spacious. Being as large as the hotel was I was surprised I never ran into any hotel guests during my two night stay.
Hotel staff always were always looking for an extra dollar; if I called for a taxi, the staff would negotiate a price and take a cut, the price was always more way more expensive than it should have been (however I didn't have time to wait for another taxi). Hotel gave me a ride back to the airport for a negotiated price and no one at the hotel could provide change for a $20. Purchasing a drink at the front desk was never the same price as the previous day and no one could explain. Showers never had hot (or even luke warm) water. I do not recommend staying at this hotel. I'm certain
All is very good. For excellent price
location is great team is also friendly and helpful price is a great deal
they try to keep it clean but the city streets don't help...
Great price/quality value. For 1-2-3 $ you can reach any place it the center
We asked do not clean the room but somebody visit our room anyway
Clean, big rooms, nice personal
Far from center, tuk tuk don't know the place
Advertise resturant but no resturant available. Very dark and seemly unfriendly area had to walk long distance to find food.
The rooms are updated and linens seemed new. The bathroom was nice but the toilet was dirty.
Cobwebs in the room, it smelled of sewage, it was quite far away from everything, including the airport. Our breakfast showed up a half hour late and was cold. We didn't eat it, instead walked down the road to the restaurant on the corner. We asked for someone to pick us up from the bus station, and they didn't. Nobody at the bus station knew where the hotel was. It too a long time searching in the dark until we found it. When we arrived, the place seemed completely deserted. There are definitely better places to stay in Phnom Penh.
