What I was shown in the internet comparing to what I was given was totally different and as consequence, 1 hour after checking in, we moved to Marriot but I paid fully 3 nights fee for nothing

central location, close to a calm beach, restaurants, entertainment. local feel

Excellent location on beach. Reasonably priced restaurant on site,also bar with great Happy Hour prices. Large room with good size patio.

Very loud music from Shiggady Shack bar which goes on until 3am on Thursdays & Fridays & can be heard clearly even in rooms furthest away.Hotel bar also has live music on Sundays but this ends about 11pm. With a couple of exceptions,staff was not at all friendly or eager to please especially in restaurant.

Most of the staff were very friendly. Others were nice. Loved the room set up. It was a suite. Rear entrance- mountain view. Front- a balcony with partial ocean view and beautiful view of nearby mountains. Nice Kitchenette. It was a wonderful Carribean experience. Local people taking care of us. The beach was a very short walk away. There was a small very clean swimming pool. A small neat property. Monkeys playing in the trees and on the lawn during the early morning hrs.

We couldn't stay another week because, we had to go back to work.

Very little hot water- said because it was solar heated No water pressure in shower- hard to get shampoo out of hair

The small size of the resort, only 144 rooms. Quaint and charming and within walking distance (not more than 10 minutes, if that) of downtown Marigot and the nearby marinas.

It is a relaxing place with budget facilities. The beach is clean but very dark. Nice, compact pool area and when there is no people it is relaxing. Some rooms have old very noisy air con. Others are ok.

Staff at the associated restaurant was excellent. Room was quiet, especially considering the number of beach bars right next door. A scenic location.

There was only luke warm water available. Solar water heating normally works great, but something was wrong with this system. Reception staff was uncomfortable.

Locatie is geweldig

Het hele complex is oud en moet een grondige update krijgen. Beter nog is slopen en alle nieuw opbouwen naar huidige moderne maatstaven !!

Zeer ruim en goed ingericht appartement. Veel voorzieningen. Erg leuke ligging aan het strand, met ook mooi zwembad. Leuke eetgelegenheden in directe omgeving, van zéér eenvoudig tot luxe. Wifi werkte goed.

Strandje is simpel, strandstoelen ook.

sur une réservation de 5 nuits débit sur la carte bancaire de la totalité de la somme ce qui n'est pas contractuel aménagement de la plage laisse vraiment à désirer tout est payant dans le petit déjeuner (thé,café etc...) le personnel n'est pas souriant et disponible à l'exception de 2 personnes

Personal sehr freundlich, Essen im Restaurant sehr gut, Zimmer eine Katastrophe - schmuddelig, z.B. Spiegel verdreckt, Kühlschrank vereist, Kopfkissen scheinen alt und abgewohnt zu sein, man fühlt sich absolut nicht wohl. Bad ist auch eine Katastrophe - Haare in der Badewanne, Armaturen verkalkt und verdreckt, insgesamt auch schmuddelig. Ist wohl alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sollte zudem besser gepflegt werden.

Wonderful sunsets, excellent staff at beach bar (yo, Clovis!). Good beach, convenient to many things, many good restaurants in safe walking distance, both on and off the beach. Monkeys and mongooses. Great value for the money (especially compared to the large resorts). Not a 5-star, but not priced like one, and not as sterile or stuffy as one. Better, nicer beach than on the north side (Marriott). Nice (small) pool, good food in the on-site restaurant. Desk staff very friendly and helpful with activity arrangements.

Noisy late Friday nights in-season with parties on the nearby beach (if you're in a front-facing room). My 'king' bed was two twins with a central mattress mini-pad that kept slipping away - could feel the gap. Sheets didn't fit well, but didn't really care much. Spotty internet. Apparently a smoking room, but never smelled like one. Maybe just a little musty - ground floor with no view, didn't feel I should leave the window or screen door open, but that's just a good reason to stay outside in paradise, right?

That is close to the beach and it has plenty of garden

No room service. No business center. No taxis standing by. Difficult and expensive to reach the city if you need to work

It was one of the cheapest resosts on the island with still a fair quality. Bars at the beach are very close - main place to party in the evening for all nearby resorts.

tiny beach not many things to do there as I travelled other islands found St Kitts among the worse in terms of beaches / activities given the price you have to pay for accommodation and getting.
