Great staff and speak good English. Super location for shopping, dinning, and sightseeing. Room is very spacious and facility is top level. The constant temperature swimming pool just made my trip in the cool spring time.

The staff was extremely helpful when we were asking for directions. They also helped with a few technical problems we encountered with lots of informative suggestions and followed up after the fact.

I loved the staff. They were very helpful since I don't speak Korean. They helped us find taxis and even gave us a card to give to the taxi driver in case we got lost.

The location is strategic. Many restaurant on 1-2 blocks only. Have a big supermarket in front of the street.

As a 4 star hotel the price is acceptable compare to other same level hotels Lots of local restaurants in the black street behind the hotel. 3 min walk to Metro Line 9

No free Wifi Didn't get to check in until 4pm! Then the staff forgot to give complementary drinks which was promised. Soundproof in the room needs to be improved. interior a bit old.

It is a very nice 5 stars hotels, no doubts and the comment I read before choosing are correct. Breakfast is a pleasure Also the location is nice as it is close (1 minute walking) to a main road with many restaurants and like-wise place

The whole experience at this hotel was wonderful! From our check-in to our needing extra keys, to the pool staff and the concierge storing our luggage on the day we checked out it was all handled professionally and pleasantly. 駅から急坂を登るため、大きな荷物を持っていると疲れます。
