Room was very nicely appointed. Bathroom facilities very good, beds very comfortable- best we had in three weeks- room a good size. The staff had quite limited English, difficult if any queries or bookings had to be made as most web sites/ tour companies are in Korean. We had difficulty booking a flight and could not get any assistance from the staff so had to go to the airport to do on site.

The hotel is clean and located around a relatively active area of jeju-si Please note that if you use anything that is disposable in the room, including soap and shampoo, you will be charged KRW 5,000. The hotel is not conveniently located around the areas of interest in the island, where most of the attractions or hiking trails are scattered in different places around the island. Also, personally, I think that the hotel is highly over-priced in comparison to the other hotels on the island, which also could provide as good facilities. I don't recommend the hotel if you are in the jeju for a week's stay for exploration, as you will be surprised with the price differences between it and it's competitors. Also bare in mind that there are few 5 star hotels on the island, I personally wished to have chosen the ramada hotel instead, as it is as good, nicely located and cheaper.

The helpfulness and eager to help by the hotel staff are amazing. The location is perfect if you are a city person with many shopping outlets, restaurants and cafe surrounding the hotel. Hospitals are within a stone throw away too, which is essential when I have a young kid travelling along.

The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. The wifi internet in the room did not work. Despite our immediate feedback, the wifi still did not work after more than 24 hours of our feedback. Also, we were locked out of our room after our dinner (about 11 pm) on our 1st night. We went to the lobby to seek assistance and the person on duty "re-programmed" the key and told us "it's okay" but it did not work. On our 2nd trip to lobby, the person on duty finally agreed to go up to the room to check. He told us the battery of the door lock had "died" and brought us to the 2nd floor lounge area to wait. After waiting more than 30 mins (close to midnight), we were given a new card to enter our room.

This price but service can not match the 5 stars standard. Breakfast is so simple, no Landry service, u need to call them to pick the dirty clothes and pay cash..... Tv all for local ppl, only one for English with the old movie.

Good location. Near to amenities. Plenty of restaurants & convenience stores nearby. Near to main pedestrian street. Free wifi in room. Helpful & friendly staff. Need to pay for toiletries. (Except for soap bar & room slippers). Limited parking spaces.

It was a arty-farty kind of hotel and the staff were friendly even though they speak very little English. The fact that they charge for toiletries. Eco-friendly yes but not to the extent of not supplying even the first time for free...

Our room with a separate living room is very nice. In the near of Hotel are lot of nice restaurant and small shops. 1. There are almost no maps or other information brochures for the city(island) at reception. 2. The hotel is maybe new, no taxi drivers knows the hotel. one at airport tried hard to put the address in his navi, the address seems to be not quite exact. One other had to call the Hotel. (After we realized there is a bus station 100 in the front of hotel, became easier)

We got an upgrade to a suite which is to our surprise. The suite is very nice and it's very very comfortable. It's unfortunate that the WIFI doesn't work in our room.
