Very relaxing, staff was super nice and friendly and helpful. The location was excellent and the room was very charming.

The owner was very helpful and friendly. We made a mistake that we arrived 1 day earlier but the pension was full. The owner tried her best to find us accommodation that night. Breakfast was exdcellent.

For that price, the room (I had the Deluxe one I think it was called) was the biggest and most confortable I ever had. The service was perfect. I broke my glasses on my trip and the owner, even though she was handling breakfast, drove me personally to an optician who made me urgent repairs almost for free! The possibility to get a bike for free at any time was also a very good plus.

The wifi connection wasn't very strong. A lot of the time it didn't work at all.

The service provided by Mr and Mrs Park (Pension owners) was awesome! The rooms were basic, but spotless and comfortable.

escept the location is not near to downtown and nearby is hard to find a supermarket, all the others are perfect! The host is really very very nice, she consider a lot to guests. I think next time if I want to visit there with my family, I will choose here too!

Super friendly staff with ok English. They offered free car ride to the bus stop and to the Bomun Lake. The guy actually drove us around the lake and waited in the car for us to take our wedding photos with the cherry blossum! They also let you borrow their bikes for free and it is very nice to ride around the lake.

There was a bit of leaking in the toilet and the place was kind of difficult to get to since there is no subway stations. Getting around in Gyeongju by bus without knowing Korean is a little difficult.

Mrs park is very nice and helpful, always offer free transfer to the bus stop in the morning. The pension is located at a quiet place but is quite convenient. The room is clean and nicely decorated. Good wifi connection. A very nice experience for two nights' stay.

We have stayed in the Pension for 3 nights. The Pension staff (landlady) is very nice, friendly and helpful. Since my husband got sick during his stay, it was most appreciated that the landlady helped bring him to the clinic and cooked for his lunch and dinner upon our special request. We were grateful for the landlady's sincere help, especially for a foreign traveller who was needy of help at times of sickness. The Pension is clean and comfortably decorated which gives you a homely feel. It is value for money and recommendable. Just that it is located a bit high from the beach and requires about 20 minutes' walking to the bus stop. Yet, the landlady is nice to arrange pick-up if necessary. On the whole, we enjoy our stay in the Pension.

What a wonderful place with kind and helpful hosts! Our room was so lovely, quiet, clean and comfortable. This was definitely a relaxing and picturesque getaway for us and we would go back in a heartbeat. <3

We liked to stay somewhat outside of Gyeongju, Bellus-Rose was easy to reach by bus (10 min from the train station and a 10min walk). Traveling by bus is very easy and cheap. At the bus stop there where a number of okay restaurants. Mrs Park who runs the pension is very friendly and helpful. She provides a map and is willing to give all sorts of advice (her english is limited but we managed to understand each other well enough), in the morning she serves a nice western breakfast (not included). The room we stayed in was simple but clean and comfortable and had a small kitchen (not that we needed one) and had a small veranda (there is a small pool but we were outside the season so didn't try it).

Mr. and Mrs. Beck wonderful and kind. Gave us help and warm treatment .like a family Make sure to drive us and deal with problems we encountered I will definitely visit there again.

Spacious clean room. Excellent owners. Mr. and Mrs. Park go out of their way to help you. They cook an amazing meal, so I would recommend having them do that. For a low price, Mrs. Park will do your laundry as well which was great. They are very friendly.

I stayed here for two nights for my weekend leisure. This pension is well managed, maintained and equipped by friendly and helpful property owners - Ms Park and her husband. They provide free pick-up and drop-off service upon request basis. The location is perfect in terms of holiday standard - quiet, beautiful surroundings and easy to access to the downtown and all sightseeings by bus or by bicycle- only 25mins to the main sightseeings in the downtown by bicycle. You can borrow the bicycle from Ms Park free of charge. The pension offers traditional Korean BBQ for 30,000Won for one pax and 50,000Won for two pax. In my view, it is high value for money, and Ms Park and her husband also provided me a bottle of SOJU free of charge and told me it is the friend of BBQ. The continental breakfast is 10,000Won, including bread, egg, banana,yogurt, tea and fruit juice. Ms Park will send the breadfast into your room on the time you requested. Thank you for Ms Park and her husband, I have experienced a really fatanstic weekend and I will back with my brother and my parients next year.

Superb service, great room, good location. Our hostess and host at Bellus-Rose went out of their way to help us, even picked us up from the bus stop at midnight!

They came and picked me up and took me back to bus at no charge. Free bikes. Breakfast was lovely and delivered to the room.

Room was decorated in pink colours - called 'romanitic' which was all a bit twee for a middle aged guy on his own looking to explore the area!

Very nice rooms in romantic style. Clean and well utilized. Hostess is very friendly and helpfull. Like others say here, call the pension to get picked up at the busstop. The walk to the pension is a bit much with heavy luggage. The location could be better but everything in Gyeongju is far apart, so that would not make a great difference. Rent a car for the most easy way to get around.
