Location is good for those who is transit traveler and this is the only one good thing with this hotel
The room key was broken, had to go back and forward to fix it The staff was unhelpful Had a wifi problem The furniture was old and the shower cabin was broken Couldn't pay as they didn't have change, had to wait for an hour in the foyer to get my change money back The price is extremely expensive for this level of service Try to avoid this hotel
Near the airport. Good service both from the front desk and the service staff at the restaurant:)
The bed was really hard
Cold Cold Cold Poor lights in house
Location is near Incheon international airport (walking distance) Rooms are very basic and with very limited surface Convenient system of shuttle for the airport terminal
Bad indications from the airport for reaching the hotel when the shuttle service is down and when no tax want to take you there!
- location + shuttle transfer - Breakfast
- not enough light in the room - beds are a bit hard
Cleanliness of the room was very poor. I found many waste and goods lost by the previous passenger.
The food was excellent
Dark corridors to rooms; Dis-functional access card system; Understaffed dining room
Close to the airport
poor Wi-Fi connection, breakfast
- Good location near Incheon Airport (15 min) - Good price/quality-ratio - Some affordable restaurants were locatad in near the hotel (Chinese, Korean).
Services (restaurant) in the Hotel not too great
Friendly staff proximity to airport and e-mart store
Weak wi-fi signal Scalding hot shower fixtures Broken shower fixtures Stained carpet Infrequent shuttle service
close to the airport good sized room
aircon was a bit lacklustre buses only go every hour bet airport and the hotel in the middle of the day
Location, decent path for a run near the hotel.
No bar. Like a lot of hotel rooms these days, they seem to like to have bright lights on the thermostat that shine all night long.
Staff was pleasant and had a surprisingly good dinner.
Shuttle from airport was terrible and you hear the planes over your head at night.
My flight was a later one so I was to catch the last shuttle to the hotel but the reception staff gave me the wrong spot to wait at and I missed it and had to wait another 30 minutes for the free shuttle, bug the location was good.
The rooms look like holiday inn from the 80s. For an extra 50 bucks I should've stayed at the Hyatt across the street. I could have gotten room service after 11 and not had to venture out to bad tourist Korean spots down the street. Way overpriced for what you get. I'm highly disappointed.
Quiet, clean, close, many good restaurants nearby, good breakfast
Even though it is close to the airport, walking is a bit tricky.
Close to the airport that provide easy transportation to Seoul. Good breakfast Helpfull and friendly staff
Room and bathroom need renovation. Air condition was not working but fan was provided promptly as replacement.
Breakfast was not worth 23€!
Close to airport
Stains on carpet. Hard bed. Outdated Decor
I have lighted the Make up room switch in the morning before I leave the hotel in the morning, but after when I come back from work in the evening my room didn't have any make up, or clean
Clearly, staff were well trained(receptionist), good wifi(I had problem but they changed the room for me so it was not a big problem.) Breakfast was nice unless you are totally travelling for eating all the day.
just few staff seemed to be thinking they are not staff but the guests like ignoring me no greetings etc.(especially the staff at the restaurant) and the blanket had smell like underarm, I just came to there so it is impossible that it would be mine...
- Quick pick up - lots of good and affordable local restaurants close by
- A little aged, but it was fine.. - internet a little slow - but ok in the end
Location is good. 10-Minute drive or shuttle bus to the airport. A handful of small restaurants near the hotel, but basically all the same style (Korean food, which is good, but no restaurant variety).
The room quality at this hotel is fair, at best. Hotel has outer appearance of modernity, but rooms are old and worn. Staining in the bathrooms, broken fixtures, mildew smell etc. I had to change rooms, because after flushing, the toilet continued to flush non-stop, and the hand fixture of the shower had a powerful leak. The staff at the front desk was very accommodating about the change, but the second room was only moderately better. In the second room, the room temp control was literally falling off the wall. Temperature control was not working effectively in either room. The bed was super hard, almost like sleeping on the floor. The room was only average in cleanliness, but even with that, the room had a "feeling" of being less than clean. This is a four star hotel that actually has the room quality of much lesser grade hotels. I've had much better rooms at $60 a night. Additionally, the restaurant is way, way, way overpriced. The hotel serves flight crews from several airlines (They packed the lobby and front desk) ... so, I think the restaurant extreme overpricing is fixed by the business from the airlines that might provide meal expenses for the crews. But way overpriced for the normal or average leisure traveler. Breakfast, for example, was average quality at best ... but was priced at $30 per person. The restaurant was not special in food or atmosphere (ok, but not special) .... but still charged prices found at much better restaurants. Dinner for two could easily run to $200 or more. High prices. Low quality. That sums up my impression of this hotel. On a scale of 10, I give it a 2.5. And even that score is based mostly on the airport convenience, location factor.
Restaurant closes early, but I understand there are not so many eaters.I had to eat at McDonalds at the airport. Maybe you should inform late comers.
