Best Western Premier Hotel Kukdo    

Nice hotel and good service. Very clean hotel and convenience.

Staff no coperative. I have asked for conbected rooms.they did not have and never ibformed me as I requested when booking. I arrived at 12.30 they refused to give me my room until 2.00. Receptiob sataff need more training.

Hotel is clean and comfortable, makes a good place for traveling to various interesting places in Seoul. It is easy to get there from the airport both by bus (no 6015 going every 15-20 minutes and stops by the hotel) and train. The latter requires a few kilometers by taxi, but takes less time and is no less comfortable (with price being the same). What I like most was friendly staff. My compliments to utmost helpful concierge - thank you!

I will not be the first guest to point out that air conditioning should be also working during winter. What makes a comfortable temperature for a typical Korean (25 deg. C) is quite different than for most of people from the West - in my case at most 19 deg. C during the night. You can open window and hotel staff will provide a fan, but it is nowhere near effectiveness of air-con. On a side note and truly minor thing: it was quite unexpected to find out that the hotel does not have 4th and 13th floor. Makes me wonder if they shoot black cats on sight or have fortune tellers on site :).

I think room is very comfortable and clean. Located near subway.

Due to the flight arrived at mid night and we were travelling with little child, we all three guys already felt tried so much, the reception let us check in earlier once we arrived hotel, it's really great for us.

Location is quite strategic to the Myeongdong area with taxi distance. The hotel is clean and the hotel concierge is friendly.

very convenient location. bus to and from incheon and gimpo airport stops at the hotel doorsteps. hotel is comfortable, clean and provides all the basic amenities. we had quite a good view (at 17th floor). the receptionists and concierge was friendly and helpful. one minute walk to the subway; from which we could go anyway easily. so, the hotel is well located and easy to get to most places of interest.

more clothes hangers in the bathroom would be useful.

The room is spacious. Internet is good and the staff is eager to help. The airport bus is in front and it is convenient for us. I will stay here again.

Heating system It's way too hot!!!!! Crazy, room temperature at 27 degrees and not allow to fix it, then why make the individual control pad in the room???? Just for your information for temperature over 23 degrees bacteria will start to grow! Also location a little far from shopping areas and hotel shuttle very limited times only

Location is good. Just 2 mins walk to subway. Airport limousine stops right at the door step of the hotel. There is even a clinic and pharmacy at the next building.

I travel globally and apart from kukdo I have stayed at the Ocean hotel Yiwu (best western group) what upsetted me at Kukdo was the uncourteous behaviour of not providing complimentary water to customers on 2nd day onwards while I pay equally for all days I stay. Secondly, buffet is forced into your throat while you want to go for alacart. This not acceptable.

It was clean & comfortable until last day which we asked for late check out &agreed to pay 30% extra,but they cutout aircondition at 2pm.This was very insulting & embarrasing espacially in front of my family.

Good location to subway/transportation. Very nice property- well maintained (although there were burned out lights in our room). We always felt safe walking- both in the hotel area and anywhere in Seoul. The concierge was very helpful.

Lack of restaurants in the vicinity, other than the hotel restaurant. We ate at the restaurant our last night- meal was very good, but we felt rushed to finish- we were seated about 20:15 and with the restaurant closing at 21:00 the staff seemed to be in a hurry to clean up and depart. But they were very polite.

Strategic location, spacious and comfortable room.

I couldn't find any water refill machine, if there's any.

The location is great with the train station just next to the hotel. The room is of a decent size as compared to those hotels in the city center. The wifi is very fast and this is a great advantage.

The bed is abit too hard and the aircon can get very warm. There is not much eateries around the hotel.

Cheap bus transportation from airport direct to/ from front door of hotel. Very close to subway.

Excellent location. Airport Shuttle (6015) and taxis right in front of the main entrance. Next to the subway. Near Dongdamun and Myeondon (Go by taxi...only 2400 won!). Nice family room.

01) Location and convenience of airport limousine bus (Bus no. 6015) right at the door step. 02) the reception staff was most helpful in securing my room early morning at 10 am, this has helped me settle down quickly from a long haul international flight arriving Incheon airport at 0700 am. most hotels would have insisted check in at 14:00 hours! 03) The room phone was accidentally unhooked and I requested a early morning call at 05:00 am the night before. The hotel actually sent room service to knock and rang the door bell to ensure I get up on time for my departure flight - this is what I call "excellent room service" for morning call! 04) Free WIFI in room

Hotel is in between 2 major shopping areas, Dongdaemun and Myeongdong, however a fair distance (20-30 mins) to walk to these major shopping centres. Dinning is also not in the vicinity, again about 10-15 mins walk to good food court (cj building)

Location is good although was unable to find any reasonable food outlets or any eatery around hotel premise. However, with the subway abt 3 mins walk from hotel lobby, it is convenient to get to Myeong Dong, Dongdaemun.

Shuttle service could be better improved. Currently, service timing is quite limited.
