Small family hotel. Owner organized a korean BBQ for the guest. Owner provides free transport to the bus station

Location: It's not as close to the lake as I thought. For any activity and even for meals (unless you cook in the room) you have to get at least to the bus station. The hotel and its surroundings are also not on any map (Lonely planet, or the tourist map. Noisy!! this hotel seems to be very popular for groups of youngsters who come here to party. Owners don't speak English at all.

The friendly service, particularly their willingness to help with any questions or issues. Although the pension is a little way from the bus stop, we really enjoyed the walks from the pension to the bus stop. The availability of bikes (complimentary and for hire) added to our enjoyment. It would have been great if there were bikes for children, most of the complimentary bikes were a little too high for our 7yo. The bus stop is very convenient as the routes 10 & 11 stopped at most tourist locations.

Owner of Byulgrin is a generous man. His family is considerate. The house is comfortable. A very quite place. Very unusual lovely bird sounds.

Distance from city center not so disturbing. Take bus 10-11 to bus terminal that takes 15 min. Pension owner helps 850 meters transfer to the bus stop. But that may not occur everytime. Walkers will like this part like the whole Gyeongju.

Very clean, quiet; fair location only 15 minutes from most tourist interest place. The owner is very nice to give us great support.

The owners of the pension were very hospitable. They offered pickup from Bukgundong Bus stop (which was about 10-15mins from the express bus terminal). After checking in, we decided to go into the city to tour Daereungwon, Anapji Pond etc and the owners were also very nice to offer to give us a lift to the city! On the day when we checked out, they also offered to give us a lift out of goodwill to the bus terminal :) So while the location of the pension was not that accessible, such great hospitality of the owners more than compensated for this .

La pension est tres éloignée du centre ville, il est impossible de se déplacer autrement qu'en taxi. Notre chambre était située à côté de la salle à bbq, donc les odeurs entraient dans la chambre. pas de cafe ni de the dans la chambre,et personne ne parle anglais a part le fils du patron,joignable par téléphone mais absent.Au final,ne pas tomber en même temps que des jeunes qui viennent faire la fête. Une simple pension à éviter.

הפנסיון ממוקם במרחק דקות נסיעה מן העיר ומן האגם. המחיר צונח משמעותית כשמתרחקים משני המרכזים הללו, כך שאם התקציב מהווה שיקול כדאי לבחור בפנסיון זה (או בקרובים לו). המיקום שקט. הצוות ידידותי מאוד, להוט לסייע, ואפילו מצליח לתקשר באנגלית מגומגמת (מה שאינו בגדר מובן מאליו בקוריאה). בחדרים מיטות נוחות, טלויזית פלסמה, מקרר, קומקום ועוד. החיבור לאינטרנט חינם. בפנסיון שולחן פינג-פונג ובריכה קטנה. בהחלט מומלץ.

La propreté de la chambre, la grandeur et le comfort de celle-ci: petite cuisine équipé agréable

Aucune information quand au transport dans les environs (à préciser bus à 2 km), pas d'information sur les restaurants dans les environs (2km aussi), aucunes informations touristiques. Il faudrait que dans la chambre on trouve une petite farde avec les informations touristiques tel: bus, restaurant, site, ville..... En anglais. Le personnel à l'accueil ne parle pas du tout anglais mais à part cela très bien

Room was comfortable. Air-condition was working.

Water pressure at the second floor room was not sufficient... slow flow of water made it harder to bath.

Jolie chambre avec kitchenette et petite terrasse, bien équipée et propre. Au besoin, sur place le propriétaire propose des produits de base et des paquets de cigarettes. A l'arrivée, la propriétaire nous a proposé de venir nous chercher à la station de bus mais nous n'avons eu le message qu'une fois arrivés à la pension, l'intention était là. Wifi fonctionne bien. Très belle région, excellent accueil. Atelier de poterie à quelques pas.

La pension est située à Bukgun-dong. C'est un quartier situé entre le centre-ville et le lac Bomun. Pour trouver la pension, il faut quitter la route principale et la "city-food" (nombreux restaurants et petit épicerie) et prendre une petite route sur 1km environ. C'est à gauche au niveau d'un petit kiosque, dans une sorte de lotissement avec plusieurs dizaines de pensions. Le mieux la première fois est d'y aller en taxi, ensuite il suffit de marcher un peu et de prendre le bus. En fonction des autres pensionnaires, le lieu peut être plus ou moins bruyant (barbecue en extérieur). Chauffage par le sol très fort. Pas d'éclairage pour lire dans le lit.

The place was charming and spacious. The kind owners waited up for us as we checked into the Hotel only at 1130pm. My friends and I were very pleasantly surprised by the simple yet charming decor. The free wifi was fast and suitable for our needs to upload photos from the day's activities.

Very friendly people. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. They also pick us up from the bus terminus. It is a 30-40 min walk to the big lake, where the tourist complex is located. The next bus station is 10 min walk away and have a direct connection to the city and also the KTX train station, and also to the some other tourist connection. Just ask them which bus to take. We did the communication by email during our stay, as the family doesnt speak and understand English very well and our Korean was also a bit poor, but by email they have someone, who understands it well and give you a quick reply also by e mail. It works for us.

Location was a bit out of everything, but still ok, as you can reach the sights by bus directly. The wifi was not available in our room, but you can have connection outside. The bikes, which they offer for free, do not suit for longer rides, so if you want to get around by bike, better look for a rental shop.

L'accueil des propriétaires, leur gentillesse. Nous avons également apprécié leur petite épicerie qui nous a évité de manger au restaurant tous les soirs. La localisation est éloignée de la station de bus : 20 minutes de marche. Très bonne expérience dans cette pension. Nous y retournerons sûrement.

Le bruit des groupes résidents et les fumées de barbecue !
