Quiet and safe Suggestion: add a metal clothes rack to the rooms. There is no place to hang up wet or damp clothes, towels, etc.
1.) Filth -- lots of hair and dirt -- came out of the bathtub pipes in room 909 after pushing the button to circulate the water. (Bubble bath --) 2.) Room 709 -- extension cord broken and needs to be replaced; ditto for the computer keyboard. 3.) The first time I stayed, the breakfast was great! Nice and hot, plenty of food. The last time, I ordered the same meal and EVERYTHING WAS ICE COLD.
It was located in a convenient place
Rude Staff, Cant Speak or Understand English. Dont clean room Timely. No windows in room. Looks like Jail. I heard girls moaning in other rooms. It was like watching an Adult movie. Ridiculous.
The location is really close to the Subway station.
-There was a tooth brush and cigaret ash in the Toilet. -Staff was not really interested in letting us have a pleasant stay and only half hearted went up to clean the Toilet. -It was not really clean in general. -the location is in a shady area. Cleopatra is some sort of red-light establishment rather then a Hotel. Just a place for people who want to have sex but can not at home for what ever reason. -- Never again.
The rcpt speaks Chinese n the place is next to subway station.
The plastic under the bed sheet which makes big noisy when you sleep...can be removed.
The room was lovely--spacious, a queen sized bed, the softest bed I've had in Korea, a large bathroom with a giant soaking tub, great climate control, just an altogether great experience. Room service was as cheap or cheaper than eating out. It was a lovely experience.
Conveniently located for Costco and the bus terminal, but a pretty long subway ride from the rest of the city, if you're planning to explore.
Although the staff spoke little English they did ring a translation service so they could help me. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels.
There were no wardrobes! Our air conditioning wasn't very effective. You had to choose a breakfast time (latest 9am) and what you wanted to eat (sandwich or Korean breakfast) at book -in. Don't bother as there are lots of good coffee shops within 5 minutes walk.
staff does not know how to talk in english at all ! way too expensive for a 3 star hotel ! its more for couples making out than business hotel !
Close to the metro and easy to reach the KINTEX convention center.
Facility and clean room
Mostly Staff can not speak English and all instruction no English version
Excellent, clean and quiet hotel with very courteous staff. I recommend! Excellent neighborhood, not far from the city center, direct access to. The hotel employees thank you for your concern!
All is not perfect, that would not have liked!
the location is good. about 20 mins by taxi to Gimpo Airport, also near to the subway station. some restaurants nearby.
staff cannot speak English so well, guess that's why they don't reply email.
Spacious room and bathroom, toiletries provided.
No negative comments
Easy to get to the subway station. Bathroom was big
Didn't realise that the hotel was located in a dodgy-looking alleyway. The room didn't look as nice as it did in the photo. There was no spare key to the room, no iron and the staff seemed disorganised. I would have relocated to another hotel but decided to stay as we were only there to sleep and the location was convenient.
Good facilities in the room
When I just lived in, found some red dots, like bug bites on my leg. So they change my room, new room is okay, but that's fair enough for me to worry about that new room is clean is not. After that, they refuse to wash clothes I wear in first room, disappointing, not recommend for someone who wanna book this hotel, you may find the same problem again.
No English speaking staff.
The location is good: close to Home plus, Megabox, bus terminal and Ilsan Hospital. There are many good and sheap caffees and shiktans. Staff is polite and helpful.
There was a slight smell of sigarettes in the room, it was cold in the bath room, lack of sockets.
The hotel is located close to the Baeksok subway station. HDTV and computer in every room. Room is well heated. Jacuzzi tub.
Window in the room is too small. Pillows are very cheap and thick, so in the morning you won't feel rested and neck will ache all day. Owner of the hotel forbids staff from being helpful and friendly to foreign guests because according to the owner: "foreigners never come back after staying, but Korean clients are recurring". Stay away.
This is a love motel which is not suitable for children. It is located next to another motel with night club on the ground floor.
near metro station
There was a Home Plus shop near the hotel. Taxi service and different cafes are close. subway! Russian speaking fellow on the front desk!!
Excellent location, nearby MRT,Bus Hub, Home plus, Costco. Cooperative staffs. Nice C/P.
Laundry price was double on Saturday without informing in advance.
