Conveniently located in Jung-Gu district, the Ramada Hotel features spacious rooms with luxurious bathrooms. It has a restaurant and is only a 15-minute walk from Myeong-dong and Namdaemun Market.
Score from 712 reviews Good
Far away from shopping areas, need to take 5-10 mins to go to the shopping areas.
location, size of appartments, clean, good value for money
Central but quiet. Within walking distance of many attractions/shops Great direct bus link outside hotel to airport Staff very polite and helpful.
Lack of choice of wine in the bar and early closing of the bar in the evening.
Loved the stay. Highly recommend
Location. Accessible to all places of attractions within minutes as subway is very nearby. Walking distance to famous wholesale market namdaemun and myeongdong shopping street. Restaurant are all around the hotel. Airport bus stand is just infront of hotel. Front office staff by the name Ed Hong and Andrew Kan is very helpful and courteous. 7 11 convenient store is just at the back of the hotel. Tourist information phamplet maps are in place in lobby.
Housekeeping need further improvement in cleanliness in overall. Drinking bottled water should be given daily. Bath linen need to change as it is all worn out already. Incomplete amenity in bathroom. Replenishment of coffee/tea sachet daily basis is appreciated.
like the kitchen as we can prepare breakfast in the room
I can hear the noise from next door, the room is not soundproof.;
Loved my stay in Fraser Place Central. (I stayed during winter, late Dec). Visiting Seoul from a tropical country, I find the room's heater very easy to manage, which is a godsend as I am not very familiar with Korean floor heating systems (tried it once in an officetel last year, and got confused for awhile). And heated toilet seats are great as well. A convenience store and a cafe in the vicinity of the hotel also helped a lot.
Didnt' really love that the hotel is located slightly out of the way from the subway stations (although taxis are an abundance in front of the hotel), and that the bed was rather flat and uncomfortable. But I guess after a whole day of sightseeing in the cold, it's not something of much priority. The housekeeping is great too, but they can get too efficient sometimes (one time, I put out my empty shopping paper bags on the table, because I wanted to use it again in the next few days, but they cleared them out during cleaning. So maybe I shouldn't have left them out.....)
nothing could help to say
staff rude and very hard to talk with them and if you want to stay more you cant you have to book online , what kind of service is that? I know for sure I wont be back there again
The hotel is just few minutes from subway station, the 2-room apartment is over 100sqm with well equipped kitchen and comfortable rooms. Perfect for family!!!
The shower is not powerful enough and water temperature not very stable.
Location. Ease of transport.
The bed was too hard for me.
I think the place is quite reasonably price
Booking include tax from web yet they told me is a mistake on web. Told them I pay them at checkout and keep receiving text from my credit card co of deduction. Location unknown by lot of drivers.. Overall poor
Everything was Okay for that money
The rice from booking.com wasn't confirmed in checking time(((
stuff, very friendly and helpful, and the service is excellent, the bus for INCHEON airport bus stop in front of the hotel entrance and the stuff help me to carry my luggage when I arrive and also in depart. the 7 eleven supermarket in the back of the hotel,10 minute walk to city hall station under ground metro, and the coffee shop bean in the lobby of the hotel.
nothing just they need to work in halal food and products in the hotel for breakfast because its less.
Good rates Clean Good location, close to Seoul Station Friendly staff
Breakfast could be better Small lobby
Conveniently located, surrounding are not too noisy or too quiet. Safe to walk around even late at night. Staff at the front desk are courteous.
We stayed there for 5 nights. The floor towel are not changed although it is obviously dirty. Supplies like bottled water, shampoo, kitchen towel, tissue papers etc. are not replenished and we have to ask for it. They only make the bed and didn't clean the room. Towel are not replaced throughout my stay there although I am not too concern about that but they should have a bin for the towel that you wish to be replaced. Bathroom is too cramp. There isn't enough hanger for towel, robe and clothes. Very basic toiletries, don't even provide shower cap and toothbrush.
The place is excellent. And the staff is courteous and very helpful.
Restaurant timing could be better. It closes at 10 pm. House keeping personnel do not have a fixed to do item list. sometimes they changed the towels sometimes not. and never kept the free water bottles. Every time I had to contact the front desk.
Location was ok. Near by Meyongdong and Dongdemun shopping area. Hotel was clean and comfortable enough. Has indoor pool
Indoor pool was cold for children. Taxi drivers were confusing to find location of the hotel.
The A/C don't work and the restaurant is not 24/7
large rooms good service good facilities in the room
location not that close to subway station
large room if you book the 1 bedroom suite, but decoration of the room is nothing special; reasonable walking distance to a subway (without luggage); not very far by taxi / subway from some major attractions in Seoul; taxis very often waiting just in front of the entrance
even though booking.com reservation clearly showed "incl breakfast" staff tried to charge extra for breakfast at check-in and again at check-out - after some discussion they agreed that it was included; pretty slow at check-in as only 2 persons take care of it; very close to a main road which faces to the rooms, so it is pretty loud; kitchen utensils were not 100% clean; staff was friendly but not very charming and always needed quite long time to sort out things;
Staff were friendly and attentive - they also speak very good English The hotel had a Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf attached A walk away from Subway station and a group of palaces that you can visit. the 7/11 mini mart next to the hotel is open 24/7 .. its a life saver
The area is dead at night and everything closes by 9pm Hotel restaurant also closes early I think for a solo traveler I made the wrong choice to pick this hotel as I would have preferred a more lively area
We couldn't sleep because we could hear more than the conversations in the adjoining room. We could also hear the traffic outside. We also had to live out of our suitcases because the closet design was not space efficient. The corridors had old and stained carpets.
Size of kitchenette Breakfast Location Quietness at night Polite and friendly staff
Linen was not changed during five night stay Complimentary items such as soap, toothbrush, hair comb and shower caps are not provided
Mediocre breakfast. Would like extended hours on pool area. (Closes at 10 pm).
The floor is quite dirty, not clean everyday.
