Only 1 wi-fi connection in the apartment was EXTREMELY inconvenient. (3 people in the apartment).

Close to Metro, located in tourist area

We were staying 4 nights and although we requested a specific room we originally had a room on the lower floor however, they did move us, after some negotiation

They upgraded us for free. So we had more than enough space and commodities were excellent.

To get to the hotel entrance you must go through a dirty alley.

Front Desk Staff Mr. Jacky can speak Chinese and English. He is very helpful and polite. Hotel room is big, clean and comfortable. And very very close to Myeongdong, Dongdaemun, 景福宮... and underground. Very convenient.

The sauna room is very suffocating, but advantage is its free of charge and for residents only.

No amenities, pillows too soft, no toothbrush and toothpaste

good location and hotel upgraded us to 2 bedroom apartment. Convenient to tourist areas such as the Palaces and cultural centre/shops/restaurants within Insadong Good to have CoffeeBeans located within same building. The 7 eleven store just opposite hotel is a big plus.

The location of the hotel is really good, close to the metro and Insadong.

Bright and big lobby, but the interior of the room is little bit old, no enough white lighting,

I searched extensively on English and Korean websites, and visited over 6 hotels in order to find accomodation for my family in Korea. This was a great option as it falls in the mid range bracket in Seoul, but rather than just a small bedroom you get a lounge, which was great as my family was here for a while. Cheaper than the big name hotels, but in my view far better for a long trip.

The location is quite good, not in the downtown, but within walking distance. Also, there are so many little shops around for seeing.

The pillows in the bedrooms are not comfortable. Moreover, the air-con couldn't change the temperature, so we had to open the window to lower down the indoor temperature.

The room was very clean and service was very good for clean towels. The general manager, Phillipe responded very favorably to an accidental fall I had the first night. I was impressed by his action to have barriers placed around the edges of the raised platform in the lobby. He called me the next morning to see how I was feeling and offered medical assistance if I felt I needed it. I would definitely stay here again. The location was perfect for our research in Insadong. I ordered room service once for the three of us and was very pleased with the food. Guest services was very responsive to my request to have a gluten free meal and communicated it well to the kitchen.

Communication with front desk staff regarding placing a collect call to American Express was a frustrating experience for my daughter. She was given the wrong code and had to place numerous calls to guest services and make two trips to the lobby before someone finally gave her the correct phone code.

Fraser Suites is right smack in the middle of activities. The tube is walking distance.

No housekeeping on Saturdays and Sundays.

Every thing was so perfect the room was big and clean .. the location was perfect ..the staff was good and helpful .. if I back to seoul I will choose this hotel a gain :)
