The location is very good indeed. The apartment is large, very comfortable. The staff is very professionnal.
The internet is not free, which is a shame nowadays. Furthermore the cost is very hight.
WIFI could have been free considering room rates
Room is clean. Staffs' English is good enough to communicate. Perfect location.
At night, the noise is a bit loud. The smaller room is cold, and the air conditioner works but doesn't have effect in the smaller room. No free wifi. Pillow and bed are a bit too hard.
Apartment was aged, due for major renovation and not worth the money spent. Coupled w lousy service from reception plus a blackout during our stay (with no apologies). Totally regretted our booking n believing e 'good' name. Will never NOT stay again.
1. No electricity during midnight for 20 mins. And my friend was frightening during shower. Torch in room has no light. 2. Furniture was old with wooden part broken.
must pay for WIFI
Location and large room
Getting to airport with luggage is difficult
Good price , good space, clean , the bed was not comfortable
Restroom was leaking water the bed is not comfortable
- Very spacious! - Exceptionally helpful staff (they helped us book tickets to a show at The Korean House, called taxis, gave us maps to find places nearby, etc.) - Great kids' play area - Nice pool and sauna as well as kids' pool that was perfect for my 3-year-old - Fun shopping street right outside the hotel!
We thought the breakfast price was a little bit high so we didn't try it and just prepared food in the kitchen.
Wifi need extra charge
- Big apartment with full kitchen & washing machine, great views - Close to transport and Insadong area - Excellent gym
- You have to pay for Wifi - No washing powder provided or cooking basics such as oil. For the price you pay... - Staff who checked us in weren't very welcoming, we were scared to ask questions
I loved the location. I also appreciated the high ceilings and the balcony, which gave such spacious feeling to the place.
I could not believe they charged for the wi-fi in Korea, where even the smallest cafes provide free wi-fi.
Rooms are spacious. Kitchen is well equipped. The views on the upper floors are nice. Bed is comfortable. Staff is very prompt and helped me order food late at night. Close to a convenience store and currency exchange location. Very close to the metro station so you can go everywhere very quickly. It's close the UNESCO world heritage site, so really close to attractions.
Airport pick up is mad expensive.
SO spacious, kitchen had everything we needed, loved the additional office space, great gym, and wonderful spa-like pool/sauna/hot tub, close to shopping, easy to find cab or metro, very sweet and helpful staff, we were there completing an international adoption and the room could not have been better suited to us
Free Wi-Fi would have been great, but we had a Wi-Fi egg, so it was a non-issue for us.
receptionists are very unresponsive, hairs on bed, beds very uncomfortable. 服务比不了如家，真是惹人烦，再也不要住 Tres malad
The kitchen is brilliant for cooking our traditional Christmas Roast for the family. We were upgraded to a lovely 3-bedroom on the top floor (from the 2 bedroom booked). The pool, spa area and gym are excellent! The 2 of us used it every day and found it to be such a treat, especially the jacuzzi and sauna after a day out in -2ºC weather! Location is ideal for a feel of true heritage in Seoul.
The steam room had no steam, but was just hot. The wifi applied only to ONE device at a time... an impossibility for 4 people with a combined total of 9 devices! Everything else was just perfect though.
The staff of the hotel was very good, also the cleaning, eventhough the hotel is Wearing It's age
The breakfast was a huge disapointment, food with high consentration of karbohydrats ( i have type 1 diabetes), same poor standard as You Get in st giles hotel in London. The hotel is no good for children, no park nearby. All in all It's Perfect for couples or Business people staying over a long periode. You pay a high price for the location of the hotel and my opinion is than It's just not worth it
We were in Korea to take custody of our adopted son. The staff was so friendly and amazing. They helped us order food, find places, and called cabs. The facilities had a great pool, wadding pool, and play room! We were specific with when housekeeping could come in (usually giving them a very short window of time) and they were always able to get it done!
The breakfast buffet is expensive and the food is not great. There is a coffee shop attached to the lobby with amazing coffee and cheap breakfast. We wish we had made that choice. We ended up eating at the coffee shop everyday but the breakfast buffet is non-refundable, so we paid for both.
Kitchen, size of living room, comfortable bed, gym and swimming pool
The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was great - an easy walk to markets, temples and other places of interest. We were upgraded to a larger apartment which was a nice surprise! The facilities in the apartment were excellent. It was clean, warm and comfortable, and we could self cater as the kitchen was fully equipped. Views from the room were fantastic. We would definitely book this hotel again.
Location in Insadong was perfect - easy to walk to many most important sights and good shopping and dining opportunities close. Staying in Non-smoking floor a must!
Wifi should be free. It was difficult for the personnel to understand that we wanted separate bed blankets instead of one huge cover.
We always stay in this hotel when we visit Seoul. We are a family with two teenagers and for us it's perfect to have an apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. The staff is really nice. Really good location.
To have to pay for wifi.
The location was great. The staff were ok. I had to hear from other guests what kinds of amenities they had.
The hotel didnt clean our rooms other than making the bed and changing towels. There was no toiletries, nor was trash taken out from the kitchen. Alot of space was nice, but I would rather stay in a nicer hotel for the same amount of money.
We loved the space of having a seperate bedroom and sitting room. As it was winter in Seoul with temperatures as low as minus 10 we spent a bit more tome in the apartment than we normally would. It was so cosy and comfy. The position was good, with only a 4 -5 minute walk to Anguk underground station on Line 3, which was perfect for all the place we needed to go. The staff all spoke excellent English and were very helpful. We would stay there again wihout a doubt.
The fact that WiFi is not included in the price, though at Approx $40 for our 7 night stay it is not expensive.
