Rooms are well equipped, nice lobby, close to shopping. Staff always ready to help at any time. The executive club should improve the verity of food especially the breakfast.

It was a really good 5 star hotel, staff and quality of food was great. I had access to the executive launch but breakfast down was much greater. A must!!

It is well connected to a main shopping mall, with hundreds of shops and restaurants. The Booking.com package was good with free internet and free breakfasts, otherwise, these are very expensive. Breakfast was offering a wide selection of options, Asian, British to traditionnal Bread and Butter... Rather expensive, but this is the style of the hotel. You don't go there to save monney on a budget trip, do you?

5 Sterne ?? Nichts ! Die Preise in diesem Hotel sind nicht nur teilweise sondern total übertrieben. Ein Hotel in dieser Klasse bietet mir in der Executive Lounge ein Frühstück wie in einem Standard-Hotel ! Unverschämtheit ! Ein gekochtes Ei sollte wohl möglich sei !! Es ist vom Konzept total verstaubt und wird trotzdem von reichen Japanern gerne gebucht. Es war für mich das schlechteste und teuerste Hotel in dieser Kat. Sorry nie wieder.

Завтрак был хорошим и персонал тоже был отзывывчим. Но туалет был не чистым, изношенный. Там не пускали детей в бассейн, глубина бассейна был 1.20м , ето же нормальное средняя глубина. Ето правило отеля, ето надо же писать в интернете. Если бы знала про ето я бы не заказала.

Das Frühstück in der Club-Lounge war sehr angenehm, ebenso, dass man über den Tag hinweg dort eine Kleinigkeit essen konnte, ohne in ein Restaurant gehen zu müssen. Der Service in der Bar am Abend konnte schon mal überlang dauern. Schade, da im übrigen der Service einwandfrei war.

Clean and comfort bed. Great location for business. English speaking staff. Didn't know the pool was under renewal and the cigar bar was banned for smoking cigars while booking. Should have mentioned it on their web or something. So disappointed since I swim everyday. Pool and cigar bar are one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. Some staff's poor attitude and lack of smile were also "impressing", didn't expect this from a "5 stars" hotel. Would definitely choose other hotels next time in Seoul.

レイトチェックアウトを可能にしてくれた。 朝食付きだったが、説明がなかった。スイートに泊まったが、値段の割にはサービスもなく、総合的にビジネス- ホテルといった感じ。

الفندق رائع، فخم ، طاقم الخدمة محترف غرفتي في الدور 33 والاطلاله رائعه ، متعاونين في الدخول المبكر وكنا 3 اشخاص ولم يأخذوا سعر اضافي للشخص الثالث بعيد عن وسط المدينه
