Spacious Rooms

The staff spoke very little English and were very rude to us on numerous occasions. The room was not cleaned for 3 whole days and the toilet blocked on the first night. We booked this hotel as it had a swimming pool, it was expensive but we wanted to be able to relax in the spa. When we went to use the pool we were advised that we had to pay and it was quite expensive at 28,000 Won or 19Euro for a swim, when we complained that this was not advised on their website they rudely ignored us.

Onsite waterpark was good but expensive

Initial rooms were filthy and in a tower block with school groups, were changed to main block after an argument, very noisy due to conferences and school groups up all night, quite far to walk to lake, never had any housekeeping in 3 nights, tried to overcharge us on checkout and took 45 minutes to resolve, not a pleasant stay, not for families!!

Staff were supportive, and there are two convenience stores on site. Room has cooking facilities. Excellent bus links with town and with sightseeing. Local sightseeing city/shrine tour buses pick up form hotel

Can be noisy with traditional Korean revellers making noise at night. Facilities are charged extra No wifi except in reception area (no seating) but can get a wire connection if you ask nicely at reception. A little far away from either the lake or town.

Very spacious on family room. Their Hot Spring is very nice.

It is difficult to communicate as their staff can't speak English.

에어컨디션이 거실에만 있어 침실은 아주 더웠고, 화장실과 샤워실이 분리되어있어서 사용하기 불편했다. 큰 목욕타월을 제공하지 않음.
