It was a clean room... Decent price for the location. Room had plenty of space.
There were drain flies in the room... It was kind of annoying.
good location. Near to metro station. Walking distance about 8mins. There is a direct bus to incheon airport just 5 mins walking distance.
Very nice location and easy to find. Two subway stations nearby - Sinsa and Nonhyeon including bus stop of bus 6009 to Incheon Airport. Good for short and long stay.
The bed in double room is funny.
Booked separate double room in this hostel in the evevning of the check-in. There were no notice of any limitations of working hours of reception, which came out to be till 10pm. When i arrived at the guesthouse 10-30 pm, the front door was locked. And the "emergency" phone didnot answer. Fortunately for me some guests were passing by. They tried to contact manager through some messenger. And after a while of lazy chat manager tried to check out if it is not a joke making us send him (or her) photos of front door, then they wanted my reservation, finally it came out that there is no need in the keys as all the doors are secured by digital locks. They let me in only after 40 (!!) minutes of chatting, mostly supported by messenger chat from another quest. Since the reception was closed i could not get the bed sheets and had to sleep without them. The bathroom was not cleaned, more than that, there was a strong smell in the room, which as i discovered later was coming from the trashbags left by previous guests in a box. It was there already for quite a while, since there were many flies. And also there were no hot water and no instructions, how to switch on the heater. Same with wi-fi The only thing they didnot forget to do about the room - to wake me up much earlier than check-out time to ask, when i'm going to pay for the room. That's wonderful example of hospitality, i would say. The trash bags which i took out of my room tonight and put near reception were still there, although reception was already working for 2 hours. Maybe they just like the smell, i don't know... Of course, no discount was made for all inconviniences. Ok, the price is not so high, but it's not 4-star hotel also. The room has kitchen facilities, but no kitchenware, so not easy to use.
A bit more effort in cleaning the room would be much appreciated; floor + bathroom.
The staff is friendly and willing to let us enter until late night by giving us the entrance password, as their staff is back by 10pm. Overall, the staff and the hotel is nice. Will patronise this hotel again in the future.
The room should have been properly cleaned and probably there is no housekeeping for the room where we stay on second night. The bathroom is not clean probably after another guest checked-out before us. And there is few unwanted dirt on the beds and on the floor.
Although it's a hostel, it was formerly a one room apartment complex, so you feel like you're in an apt as opposed to a hostel. I likes having my own room and the kitchen and huge fridge was an added bonus. Not too difficult to find and only 5-6 minutes from the subway.
There was a problem with drain gnats, so I had to keep the kitchen sink drain covered.
The girls working there are the best. They are sisters!
The bathroom could be improved.
The subway is fairly close and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Great location for shopping also.
very big room with a lot of comfortable appliances and storage space, also the personal is really kind and helpful, i would definitely come back if im ever in korea again
it is very diffucult to find, we spent an with our luggage walking in circles... just use gps if you can!
Nothing much.. Maybe the wifi and tv connection?!?! It pretty secure cause the door are armed with password. room size was fine
Staff were pretty unfriendly except this guy staff who i believed has left the job halfway during our stay. Others were pretty rude i should say. $1000+ for the stay doesnt worth it at all, an advice to you guys I think an alternative option for stay might be good. There no clothes line so ya beware of that and no utensils given unles being prompted. We had been staying there for 3 weeks so I could say this are all trustable advice. You wouldn't want to stay there if you hate slope and walking. and there no lift so ermm last day of trip going to the airport if you life in the second or the 1st floor it is pretty fine but if you have huge luaggage, you will curse and swear! It wasnt a pleasant stay but definitely a good experience. Oh and when you called unless you know how to speak korean otherwise yor phone would be hung up. ^^ Hope this help, please dont delete this comment I think people have the right to read on certain advice.
High quality of the unit, nice furnitures, location ok - very close to the crowd of gangnam
The staff barely knows english, it's difficult to communicate
Good location, close to metro, food and shopping. Not perfectly but still clean. Big room and a lot of places to put your stuff inside. A washing mashine inside the room was very convinient!
They system of locking the room door - in my opinion it is not save at all. Hotel tells it is not responsible if something is missing so you should carry all valuable stuff with you wherever you go. I was also a bit disappointed about: - only 2 very small towels for 2 people. I was ask for bigger ones but they don't provide big ones - great kitchen but no possibility to use it as there was not a single knife/spoon/fork/plade/pot/ pan etc.
everythings good !
The environmental outside light is bright in the night, noisy.
Good Location and the bed was very comfortable.
