Ibis Ambassador Busan    

Location is the best, within the city and very close to the metro. Amenities are superb, I like the soft sheets!

It's clean, comfortable and good location/ convenient transportation. Very short time check in/out.

We wanted lodging that was easy to access by subway and a short distance/ride to Gimhae Airport for an early morning flight to Jeju- do. We always use public transportation and lots of walking during our travels. To do this means traveling light, two 19-inch international wheeled carry-on luggage, one backpack and one messenger bag. We chose Ibis Ambassador for its convenient location--directly outside line 1, Bujeon subway station, Exit 9 and easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. The hotel is located next door to a large local market which we enjoyed exploring, and there were also street vendors lining the sidewalk selling their wares and food products. The standard double room and bathroom were small, but everything was clean and well organized for the small space, and the bed was very comfortable--adequate for our needs. Plus the ac could be used...the only hotel/motel we stayed at that allowed this outside of summer months. The registration desk staff on the 17th floor was efficient, helpful, and communicated in English very well. They made sure a reliable taxi was already waiting for us at 5:45am the next morning and had instructed the driver to take us to the domestic terminal for our flight to Jeju-do; exactly krw20,000.

The male staff at the lobby level did not speak English very well, so it was not easy to get clear directions from them. It's best to ask the staff on the 17th floor.

Very good location. Near to both the train and metro station. The underground shopping street from Bujeon to Seomyeon is the best place to do shopping. A traditional wet market is also close to the hotel and you can buy fresh chili powder, tradtional dessert, as well as fruit with good price.

Generally the hotel is nice, staff v friendly and helpful. This is my 2nd time stay with my husband and we love it.

some of our party had booked rooms on our recommendation, but found they had to pay extra for breakfast. The daily rate for breakfast is extortionate.

Good location, small & tidy

Hotel highlight their commitment to customer but I got a very bad experience from my last visit. I booked the limo taxi (it's a jumbo taxi for better handling my elderly & luggages) for airport 1 day before I leave. But the front desk told me the reservation was missing & I can only take 2 taxi instead. No options, not flexible,no solutions. Only sorry!!

Could improve on Bar and F&B facilities, closing at 11pm is just too early for international customers.

I like the Ibis Ambassador Hotel in Busan because the people new English and it was clean.

Staff are v friendly, helpful n speak good english.

Located centrally amongst shops, restaurants and the market place. good those on holidays.

We arrived at about 10am in the morning from a connecting flight from Incheon so we were very tired and would like to have a shower before going off to the office. Eventhough they have rooms available , they would not allow us to check in but insists that we check in after 2pm. Moreover they do not have a club facility for shower and freshen up. They are very inflexible.

Good location and right next to subway station.

The breakfast buffet was not good enough and shower room is very small.

Convient, just above Metro Bujeon Station, walking distance to next station for variety of foods, a morning visit to the Bujeon Market next to the hotel, add colors to your trip.
