I would have liked more on the Menu for the Breakfast in the Restaurant specially for Vegetarian

Clean relaxing rooms with good amenities, friendly staff, super shuttle to and from Incheon Airport. I would stay there again.

Location doesn't have a lot of anything else around except the beach and a number of Korean seafood restaurants. We had to use a taxi to get to the hotel at 12:00 AM.

Very near to airport. Reason stayed the hotel was to catch early flight. Only 15min to Incheon Airport & hotel provides free shuttle to/from airport. Within 5 minutes walk to beaches, along the beaches have many seafood restaurants - variety of choices for meals. Comfortable room with vintage look.

Had all the amenities needed, hot shower, free wi-fi, close to the airport, & easy access with free shuttle!

the hotel provide free shuttle bus from the airport. And the room are cosy.

Prompt pick up from airport by free shuttle bus. Restaurant on premises with buffet breakfast included. Hourly drop-off back to airport in the morning. Free wi-fi.

Room was a little small - however we had a family room with 2 double beds and a cot so there was not much space around (for the toddler to run around in)

The hotel is very conveniently located, with friendly and efficient free pickup from and drop off to Incheon Airport. Very friendly hotek manager. Very good value for money and will certainly stay again. Highly recommended !!

Looks overall clean until looking into some details (ex. smeared basket below towels).

Area, not a great deal to do. Quality of hotel, don't expect too much. Not all rooms are accessible by the lift- you will have to carry luggage up some stairs.

I enjoyed how the staff was very helpful in assisting me with items that I personally forgot (IE:adapters). Also the amount I had paid for my room was great! The room was cozy and had both Korean and American channels. The telephone connection makes it very easy to call back to the states, if need be. Of course its not that expensive and they just charge it to your room. No matter how late you arrived at the airport, the driver will come and picked you up. The staff will also ask what time you need to be driven back to the airport as well. It was a great stay!

It wasn't a big deal and they had signs saying "sorry for the inconvience", there is a small flight of stairs between each floor. So if you are on the 4th floor, the elevator will drop you off there. However you will have to take you and your bags up about 10/12 steps to actually get to the floor with the rooms. Again not so much a problem as just to inform people.

The price was great for the room. The room was nice in a European style. There was a large bathtub. The staff was friendly and willing to help. It is located near the ocean with many places to eat nearby. The best thing about this hotel is the shuttle service to and from the airport.

Hair in brush, very old, shower did not work, only 1 towel for a couple and asked for another one but did not receive it

We are so happy to stay in your hotel. First time to travel to stay in aHotel that is really new to us. Thought we are going to lose. They accommodate us. Thank you very much
