Location was o.k., English communication o.k.

booking was lost, no service at all: I had to get my towels from the reception, make my bed myself, no cleaning during my stay = standard hotel with the service of a youth hostel, much too expensive for what was offered

Location is great because its close to the E mart its very big supermarket, of course we do have a car, hotel staff is friendly ,

we booked for 4 days so they did not clean our room only once, you have to tell them everytime you leave the room in the morning that they have to clean them. we have to ask for towels everytime we comeback from the trip because they don't provide towels as they don't clean the room. thier towels is very small one is not enough for me

Jeju Wonder reminds me of the spartan hotels I have stayed in the less developed parts of China. The decorations are minimal; the walls of the room is devoid of any photos, paintings, or mirrors. the furnitures was flimsey; they could have been from Ikea 20 years ago. The layout of the room was amateurly done. After all, who would attach the headdryer to a wall in the main room which doesn't have any mirror (unless it counts as a decoration). Soon after my arrival, I discovered that the drain to the sink was leaking (or more like gushing) water. It took talking to the front desk twice to get that fixed. How the maintenance person missed it the first time was beyond me. On the other hand, the front desk staff , who spoke passable English, was helpful and really is the only bright spot of the hotel. Of course, after the leak was fixed, one would expect someone would come and give the floor a mop. That did not happen. Worse, I was told later that the hotel is supposed to clean the room every three days. The set up is like a residential hotel, something that was overlooked by me. I stayed there for four nights and the room was not cleaned. The leaked water on the bathrrom floor just dried on its own and stayed there the whole time, an idea that disgusted me. The breakfast, which was not included, was substandard. Most of what's offered are Korean (i.e. many varieties of Kimchi and rice and porridge). The only western offering were eggs and juice. However, there was no salt on the eggs and when I asked for some they give me a bowl of it with a spoon. Apparently this place doesn't even have a salt shaker. They don't have pepper. Finally, the icing on the cake is this: one evening I heard classical music all night, coming from outside. When I inquired next morning, I was told that the farmer next door believes classical music is good for his plants. However, the "good news" is that it only happened only on one of the fours nights I stayed there.

Hotel -residencia, no limpian las habitaciones. El desayuno es pobre, solo algunos productos locales Esta aislado , para comer hay que ir a un pueblo cercano 3km o a un centro comercial 500 m , si no se dispone de vehiculo es algo pesado caminar de noche Es muy caro por lo que ofrecen, seguramente no volveria

房间有厨房用具，可以自己做饭，比较方便

房间有点简陋，性价比不高

两卧室公寓非常适合家庭旅游居住，干净舒适，物超所值。附近有一个烤肉店，还有便利店，水果店。

不太喜欢韩式卧室的被子。

조용하고 깨끗했습니다.

위치가 조금 중심에서 떨어져 있어 불편했습니다.

Staff are friendly. Clean comfortable rooms.

Advertised facilities they did not have. They were close to the resort but not within the hotel.

双人床再大一点，毛巾多一点，大一点
