Lotte City Hotel Gimpo Airport  

Good location to avoid traffic jam in downtown area. Easy to travel outside of Seoul. Convenient to do shopping and eating in Lotte Mall.

The bed was extremely comfortable. I got in from a late flight and they let u check in after 10pm which was hard to find. There are slippers and bathrobes a nice tv and temperature contol. What more could I ask for, only sad I couldnt stay longer.

The taxi drivers... We couldnt find the hotel from airport and the taxi tried to charge us 20$ for a ten min walk smh. The directions we got were confusing.

Disapointing. Room is ok but hotel facilities is very disapointing.

No restaurant nor bar avialable when we arrived in the evening. We wore told there is no possibility to eat or drink after 10.00 pm. And indeed we could not eat or drink. Minibar: contained only water. No possibility to order. Room service: no room service available. It is not existing at this location at all.

The hotel was wonderful. It was within walking distance of the airport but I heard no planes landing or taking off. I would highly recommend the Lotte hotel chain. You just take the elevator donw to the Lotte shopping center which provides a wide variety of delicious restaurants and many stores. The hotel alos provides a shuttle into town.

The breakfast was expensive for what was served.

The only thing positive about this hotel was its location, which was convenient for my meeting venue.

The hotel facilities are very basic. The bar doesn't actually exist. The food in the restaurant is essentially a buffet for breakfast and dinner. They did not have ANY decaffienated coffee in the hotel at all and despite this being discovered on day one they never did. They seem to rely entirely on their connection to a shopping mall complex and are seemingly geared towards overnight Korean customers.

located right next to the Gimpo Airport, easy access to the airport, Incheon bus, AREX and subway; modern rooms, fast internet, spacious bathroom; direct access to the Lotte mall.

After the mall closes, rather dark and eery; after 10 PM, no restaurants.

Clean and spacious rooms - good connection to public transport and shopping facility, as well as Airport. Capable, free WiFi in the rooms (which always was a problem in the hotels I used in Korea/Selo area).

Potential to improve their breakfast offering as well as room minibar.

It is conveniently located for my purpose but it is also not far from downtown Seoul. The hotel provides 2 shuttle services which couldbe improved upon if they spread out the the timings and have a night time return trip from downtown. The subway is right underneath the hotel / shopping complex. I would recommend this to everyone.

The breakfast selection is too little and over-priced. There is no bar for a wind-down drink and neither is there one in the shopping mall.

Very close to the Gimpo airport. Nice rooms with comfortable surroundings and facilities. Great being connected to the big mall too.

Need to get irons in the room - its a pain having them in a laundry room.

今回の滞在は時間が無く、フライトが早い時間だったのでGimpo空港直結のロケーションはとても良かった- 。

早朝のチェックアウトだった為、オープン前の商業施設内をセキュリティスタッフにシャッターを開けてもらい- 通った、ホテルスタッフが通路まで案内してくれたが、わかりにくかった。

金浦空港、地下鉄駅と地下道直結で便利です。 道案内があまりないので、地図をプリントアウトして持参するとよいかと思います。

酒店就在金浦机场对面，步行走过人行道就能到达！对隔天赶飞机的客人来说，非常方便！前台的服务人员也很耐- 心，虽然不会中文，但是很热情的接待了我们！隔天退房时，还请了一位帅哥，专门把我们送到机场的地下通道！- 很感谢！！！

离侯机楼和商场都非常近。

Sehr sauber und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, was aber in Korea überall der Fall is. Die Wahl viel auf das Hotel, da ich nur 2 Nächte in Seoul war und das Hotel zu Fuss in 5 min. vom Airport Gimpo erreichbar ist. Wenn man in die Stadt will, kann man mit dem Airportexpress fahren, der tagsüber sehr oft verkehrt.

Das Restaurant im Hotel bietet am Abend nur ein Buffet an, was zwar reichhaltig ist, aber relativ teuer. Ich bezahlte umgerechnet 40€ für eine Person, incl. 2 Bier. Falls man preiswerter essen möchte, empfiehlt sich die Shopping mall direkt im Komplex.

Das Hotel liegt in einem Shopping-Center mit vielen Restaurants und Läden, direkt vor dem Flughafen. Man kann die Terminals zu Fuss erreichen. Sehr schönes Flughafenhotel, nicht ganz billig, aber den Preis wert.

空港から歩いて5分のロケーションで非常に便利。　 部屋も綺麗でベッドも良かった。

22:30に到着すると、レストランは弊店、ルームサービスもなし、近くにコンビニもなく、夜遅くチェック- インする場合は非常に不便。 朝食も品数少なく味もおいしくない。　価格の割には卵焼きシェフもいない。
