Mycket bra bemötande. Utmärkta rum. Utmärkt läge. Hög service nivå

Conveninet location. Service on the Club floors. The price level at Pierre Gagnaire is very fair. The food quality is good, but the staff is not sufficiuently familiar with the demands of fine dining service. The restaurant manager Alexandre is perfect for the job.

The staff's knowledge of English is decidedly poorer than at Westin, Hyatt or Conrad. The prices in the Japanese and Korean resturants in the main building are far too high in comparison with Gagnaire.

The swimming pool facility was closed and we were not informed on your website. We chose to stay there partly because of the swimming facility and were terribly disappointed when staff told us it was closed for renovation. It's costly to stay there too!

Mostly i like everything ! the only thing is i like travelling alone, and if they have single room it will be good so it wont be that pricey for me.

Size of room and especially bathroom facilities. Also staff courteous and helpful.

Breakfast a little cold. Some staff in club lounge could have been more attentive, however others were exceptionally helpful and courteous.

The location is perfect for people who are going to Lotte department store, and the hotel has nice restaurants.

The hotel is very close to major tourist areas like myeong-dong, insadong, and N-Seoul tower. It also has a free shuttle bus for those with children who wish to visit Lotte world. Its accessibility to and from the icheon airport via kal limousine is a plus factor.

Small room with small beds

Despite it being one of the busiest periods of the year (New Year 2013), I found everything about the hotel very enjoyable; levels of comfort and service are commensurate with a luxury hotel, the general ambience / atmosphere of the hotel is first class and the location / accessabilty is great.

Dining in the hotel is horrendously expensive and the hotel effectively maxxed-out my credit card within a couple of days!

Good location, direct connected to Lotte department town the biggest shopping center in Seoul with food court and super market, perfect detail hotel design, good staffs all will get in front of you in the first second you need help, free WiFi.

A luxury hotel that is good for family on a short vacation and wants some comforts of life and is prepared to pay for it....

In shoppig area

New wing corner suite is terrible, old furniture, lighting is very dim.(wrong information given by reception that room are newer compared to main wing suite room. Unable to change the room upon arrival. Despite talking to reception for 02 hrs & was told that only presidential suite is available at sin $ 4000 per room per night. (Day light robbery) Very disappointed as this is our 2nd time staying at this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located. Close to department stores, restaurants and tourist attractions. The staffs were helpful.

Staff professional and polite to a fault. clean, very good location if city experience is desired.

No movie channels included in the room tv selection. I understand upwelling, i.e. selling pay movies, but this policy is just cheap.

The comfort of the room was good- great pillows, bed, automated lighting system. The food at the hotel was also very good.

Service was poor. Most of the time, no one helped us with our luggage. The staff has no initiative and their faces don't wear a smile. There weren't many staff around. After we checked out at the lobby early in the morning, we asked for water and were told there's no water. We waited at the lobby and the staff was to tell us when the limo bus has arrived. They didn't and we missed the bus. For the price we paid, we expect much better service. In fact, there wasn't much service at all.
