I liked that it because: 1. it was near the subway and bus stops. 2. The room and bathroom had modern amenities and really clean. 3. A grocery and lots of cafes and restos were right under. I paid for triple sharing but everday i had to ask for 1 extra towel and extra bottle of water since they just put 2. . I also had to ask for coffee packets, creamer and sugar everyday since It was never refilled.

Good location above main subway. Shops and resturants below hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice big pool with superb changing area. Would be happy to stay again which for me is the best recomendation. Hotel resturant is not owned by the hotel and let the hotel down. Eat out.

The room was neat, clean and modern and I liked the fact that it was part of a shopping mall and (particularly) that it was next to a subway. Totally unsuitable for a businessman as it had no room service and only one restaurant, and that a buffet restaurant whose system was confusing and whose staff spoke no English to help understand the system.

Convenience of restaurants and other facilities in B1 and B2. Excellent access to the underground subway system Gym was lacking free weights, it was more fitness related. However, there is a fully equipped gym on level B2. Perhaps the hotel should consider to offer free daily memberships to that fitness club. The cost of the meeting room at the hotel is very expensive. However, it is possible to use the coffee shop for more casual meetings.

Excellently located in the middle of Seoul. Word of advice, the hotel is located at exit 2 of the subway station. It's huge with at least 8 exists. We found it the hard way! Anyway, room very comfortable and well appointed. Spacious bathroom and spotlessly clean. Strong rain shower and also a bath. Nice touch for a large Asian city where space is at a premium. Great view from window over the city. Rooms are small but space is utilised very efficiently. All amenities present in room. I didn't need to ask for anything. Over all, I can not find one fault with the hotel. It was super

Easily assessable by airport bus and sub-way. I didn't understand why the hotel does not provide shower cap, but other disposable amenities like dental kit.

It located beside the train station n a supermarket below. It's not within walking distance to shopping area. And the room bed pillows are too thin, not comfort.

Stayed here for 3 nights Oct. 2012 as tourists from the Philippines. I picked this hotel mainly for its reasonable price, good reviews, nice looking rooms and connectivity between subways and buses. Satisfied my expectations pretty much, they allowed us early check-in, gave me the room type I preferred. The basement arcade with the supermarket and food shops were very advantageous. Didn't have problems communicating with the hotel staff in English. We took the regular airport bus (6015) going there then the KAL limo bus (6702) going to the airport, no hassles at all despite our heavy luggage, the bus stop was just across the hotel, no issues crossing the large intersection because of the pedestrian lanes. Overall quality was great, thanks to the Lotte brand. These are relatively minor issues: Pillows were too soft, I had to fold one up so I can get the right cushioning for my head. Nothing much to see outside the hotel. It's a business hotel, so don't expect full service.

There is a lotte supermarket downstairs which is very convenience for food shopping and the price of some products such as Green Tea, Seaweed, and Cookies are cheaper than the shops on the street. Also, there are many restaurants and coffee shops downstairs (both japanese and korean restaurants). The subway is right next to the hotel. It is very convenience to catch the train to everywhere, even though the location of the hotel is a bit far from the shopping areas.
