Lotte City Hotel Mapo  

Rooms were comfortable, modern and clean. There was direct access to subway from the b1 floor. The facilities like supermarket and restaurants, cafés around the mall on b1 & b2 were convenient even though small and limited choice. Good hotel for people just going for business or short stay. Even though there was internet connection in the room, we could not use it as we only had our iPhones and Pads that required Wifi and it was only available on the 2nd floor where the reception area was located. We could use their computer on that floor, just a little inconvenient since it would have been more comfortable in the room.

Nothing interesting around this location, so have to take the subway or taxi to reach any places of interest. We had warm weather which was unusual for Spring I think, so the room temperature raised up to 29°c, could not lower the temperature even though there was a setting for it. Finally front desk explained temperature is set and cannot be changed till according to their season setting. Could not do anything about it except open the window to let night air cool the room but the traffic was busy at this cross section 24hrs non stop traffic movements! So very noisy and inconvenient!

Bathroom service

The staff were very friendly and it's location is very convenient.

The bath was very small.

Polite, benevolent staff. Good location: railroad from Incheon airport to hotel's door - about 1 hour, 12 usd; subway from hotel's door to the most famous sightseengs - about 15 min. Nice indoor, outdoor, room designe, cleanness. Good sweeming pool. Supermarket and cafe on b1. Very convenient and comfortable hotel.

Management. Although staff is polite and benevolent, they aren't taught enough or get wrong instructoins. Two examples: 1. after changing pillowcase roommaid put them on the floor, changed sheets and put pillows from the floor on the bed; 2. it was written in my booking list: "You will pay in the local currency", but administrator at the reception withdrawed payment from my credit card in US dollars according to hotel's crosscourse (1$ - 1077 W, in another places in Seoul: 1$ - 1100-1136 W), so I lost some money. Small profit, but bad reputatin for hotell. I can recommend this hotel, but I also advice to be attentivly when contact staff.

The staff didn't know how to get to the airport by subway. Just said go to b1, without explaining anything.

Almost nothing rooms were pretty large and clean.

Service was very very bad. location is bad too.

The Manager and receptio staff were particularly helpful, efficient and pleasant. We hd booked at the wrong location...expecting to be at Lotte World. The Manager changed our excursion bookings for us and also changed us to a larger room. Everyone as most considerate!

A bit disappointed hat Wifii was only available on Floor 2 and could not be accessed from Room

the employees are nice and professional, room is bright and new , location is convenient for taking subway .

everything are good except the stool in my rest room is not so clean, there's obvious spot on it. also my room is in front of main street, there's such a loud noise of vehicle,

It will be perfect if there is wifi in room.

Location of hotel is great. Geongdok subway is just underneath, many shops below including a big Lotte supermart which sells items at a lower price compared to elsewhere. Hotel is new, rooms are very clean and comfortable. Friendly staffs. Shuttle busses provided to near attractions and airport and KAL limousine busses are available direct from Incheon airport to hotel and vice versa. Free internet in hotel. Hotel is quiet and calm, suitable for those who seek comfort in their stay. Laundry room available, with washing machines, tumble dryers, iron and steam iron. Vending machines available outside rooms. Had a GREAT stay in Lotte City Hotel, Mapo! =)

Breakfast is not included in our package price. No Halal food available in the hotel and the area around.
