room cleaniness and modern design

front desk female staff (those who assisted me on date of check-in & check-out) were the worse part in the hotel, which explained I would never recommend this hotel to people in my home country. They were very irrogrant and unprofessional in service and hospitality. They were impatient and long face in answering even only 1 question. However, they were nicer to western quests. On date of check-out, I left something in the rm and requested the front desk staff to ask housekeeping to check n keep that until I return later, she got the expression on her face that I was very troublesome. It turned out that I also left my cell phone charger and a Tee in the rm. When I called back twice for the charger, they claimed they didnt find it. I paid visit again but the charger was put on the front desk. By the way, my tee was gone forever ! For my request made via booking.com on rm specification, front desk staff that they never receive that from booking.com !

Polite, benevolent staff. Good location: railroad from Incheon airport to hotel's door - about 1 hour, 12 usd; subway from hotel's door to the most famous sightseengs - about 15 min. Nice indoor, outdoor, room designe, cleanness. Good sweeming pool. Supermarket and cafe on b1. Very convenient and comfortable hotel.

Management. Although staff is polite and benevolent, they aren't taught enough or get wrong instructoins. Two examples: 1. after changing pillowcase roommaid put them on the floor, changed sheets and put pillows from the floor on the bed; 2. it was written in my booking list: "You will pay in the local currency", but administrator at the reception withdrawed payment from my credit card in US dollars according to hotel's crosscourse (1$ - 1077 W, in another places in Seoul: 1$ - 1100-1136 W), so I lost some money. Small profit, but bad reputatin for hotell. I can recommend this hotel, but I also advice to be attentivly when contact staff.

room is so clean and comfortable , I really like it. Lotte super market and another bakerys are at B1 which is so comvenient.

Very convenient as there is a supermarket right within the hotel building. It was easy for my family and I to get any supplies for our trip.

The only set back was there was no staff to help us with the baggages when we arrived at the 1st floor drop-off area. The hotel lobby is located on the 2nd floor.

The Hotel Lotte City Seoul is a pleasant business type hotel. While located away from the touristic centres of Seoul, it is located next to the metro lines 5 and 6, which make for quite easy travel anywhere in Seoul. It is also located on the line to Seoul/Incheon and Gimpo airports (if one uses the non express trains from the airports).

The Manager and receptio staff were particularly helpful, efficient and pleasant. We hd booked at the wrong location...expecting to be at Lotte World. The Manager changed our excursion bookings for us and also changed us to a larger room. Everyone as most considerate!

A bit disappointed hat Wifii was only available on Floor 2 and could not be accessed from Room

the employees are nice and professional, room is bright and new , location is convenient for taking subway .

everything are good except the stool in my rest room is not so clean, there's obvious spot on it. also my room is in front of main street, there's such a loud noise of vehicle,

The staff was attentive and assisted in answering any queries / request.

Lotte City Hotel is well located. The airport limosine bus 6015 stop is diagonal to the hotel. The Seoul subway stop is under the hotel along with a supermarket, restaurants and shops, all accessible by the hotel elevator. There is a small pharmacy on the third floor of the hotel. The hotel restaurant serves only buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner. These buffets are a bit pricy for light eaters, but the variety, quality and presentation of the food is tops. We were there on holiday, but this would be a prefect hotel for businessmen. The hotel offers smoking rooms, but otherwise no smoking in or close to the premises. The room includes free cable internet with connections on desk in the room--cable provided.

It's very convenient as the subway station is just on b1 floor of the hotel. But if you hope to visit the main attractions, you have to change to other lines usually. The room is equipped with electronic devices, but the square is a little bit under satisfaction. After the shopping bags brought back, there's little space for movement.

Front staff were unable to understand simple question about checking messages. It took us three calls to finally figure out how to check our phone messages, even though we spoke in both English and Korean.

The location is great , near to the subway by less than 5 minute walk. It is very convenient. The room was clean but not that big.
