The hotel was just what we needed, the staff were very helpful great location and we loved the sky bar!

our non-smoking room smelt of smoke however it was cleaned beautifully

Standard quality business hotel without much to complain about.

Huge breakfast but not very tasty food. After a few days I started eating breakfast outside of the hotel instead.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, the rooms were well appointed, the staff were very pleasant and helpful, the hotel is in a great location, and the parking is free for hotel guests.

The bathroom walls are glass, which is beautful and fine for families and honeymooners but I went with a friend...so bathroom time was a little awkward...

Concierges are very nice.

It's very close to subway station just couple minutes walk away. I can travel everywhere quite easily. Also, many good Korean restaurants & cafes around.

The toilet in Bathroom is not working perfectly, a little improvement is needed.

It s more like a business hotel...I don't think it s a five star hotel, and the room was small...but when I was in other hotels in Seoul, the rooms were small too... however..this hotel is nice and clean, and u can enjoy city view in ur room

The room was very clean and cozy. The cleaning service is quite good in general. I love the showers. Location is ideal for shopping and business (right beside the Gangnam financial center and only a few stops away from coex mall & convention center) but perhaps a bit far for tourism.

The room service menu is limited. There isn't much room to put business clothes away (not much space in the wardrobe in general). Sometimes the smell of cigarettes comes in from other rooms. The staff's friendliness and politeness depends on the person: the guys working there were not so friendly.

Value for money, breakfast, bed quality

That there are no taxi nearby and nobody at the door to help with this. Also my shower cabin was leaking into the bathroom.

Beautiful panorama view over Seoul from our hotel room. Staff friendly and no fuss at check in and check out. Easy access from Incheon Airport. Take Bus number 6020 (Fare is 15000 Won p/p) or from Gimpo Airport take Bus number 6000 (Fare is 7000 Won p/p) Tell the bus driver that you want to get off at the Yeoksam bus stop. Turn right at Starbucks and walk 50m and you will arrive at the hotel . Hotel is also 100m from Yeoksam subwaystation. (Exit 4) No experience from breakfast since not included in our booking. But you will find +3 cafés outside hotel that has good breakfast and opens early. (Around 7-8am) Would return to the hotel.

Only bad thing for us was that the toilet wall was made out of glass. With not enough "fog" on the glass. Also you had to enter the shower room from the toilet. Would like to have a separate door to the toilet and the shower.

- The evacuation stairways are blocked by chairs and tables at various levels... not very cautious. - There are not enough typical corean cookings at the restaurant. - The running machines at the gym are impossible to run on. Did you try them recently?

Location, Budget, Facilities are good.

Transparent bathrooms/ Toilets are not convenient to use. Maybe it's a good option for newly weds or for couples on convenient short hours stay!

The hotel is close to bus station and it is very convenient to reach/depart from/to airport.

Very comfortable and luxuries hotel in the middle of Gangnam Area Seoul. Friendly employees and good service. Had an excellent stay.

Must pay to use the sauna. A hotel should make it clear if any of the facilities they advertise must be paid for. Gym was free but sauna was not. I felt a little deceived.
