alarming leak in the breakfast area corridors a bit dark - as woman on your own a little bit scary

Friendly staff - extremely attentive to help you in anyway. My friend was lost in Gangnam and they actually went to find him! Excellent facilities - tv linked to computer, super korean space toilet, free minibar, great gym and absolutely the best toiletries you could imagine. Luxury Bus from airport.. 15K (~13€) and drop off 5 minutes from Hotel. Tajke this it is great value and really luxury..

No hotel bar, but plenty nearby, or go to Renaissance hotel nearby. Not the greatest area, but then that is Gangnam.

The staff was super friendly, the room is pretty and they provided all bathroom supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush and paste, lotions etc etc I could have come only with my make up. Breakfast is simple and ok but plenty of coffee shops and nice food 1min away. An advise for all women, bring a bigger make up mirror and put on make up at the window. The light in the room is cozy but difficult for beauty excellence indeed but it is all about preparation. Also organize yourself some hangers, there is no closet and only 2 hangers, but again if you prepare in advance you can manage. As for the heat, there is an airconditioning that works perfectly fine and you can also control the heated floor super easy. Internet is available, the computer is connected to the TV super cool and you have soft drinks for free in the fridge everyday. I can only recommend this hotel, I loved the design, the friendly people and it is super close to restaurants, train station (Yeoksam 5min) and Gangnam center (10min). I stayed for a month and would always choose this place again.

With a little creativity as for the beauty and storage stuff there is nothing to complain about ;-)

The staff are really very friendly and helpful... The room has a good bathroom, big TV, surround sound,comfortable bed, free drinks in the fridge. Many kind of food options and convenience store around.

Has jacuzzi, free minibar, large TV, washing facilities, good staff (explained the details on how to use the room remote control and willingly escort us the way to take the airport bus station which is located about 5-8 minutes from the hotel), located near to some food outlets and drinking bars

Akward hotel entrance, no proper/suitable table and chairs for breakfast (maybe due to space constraint).

Very friendly, polite and honest staff. They even came with me to find a taxi and tell them the address. Bathtub with whirlpool-function.

Breakfast is not good, but there are a lot of coffee shops nearby.

Huge bathtub with jets, huge bathroom, huge flat screen tv, waterfall shower. Breakfast included eggs for us meat eaters, tho coffee was a little weak. Plenty of full-size toiletries provided for free, plus a grab bag with face masks, razor, toothpaste & bath gels. Staff was very helpful, good English, very pleasant. Even walked my bag down to the bus stop early in the morning. Gym was small, but at least it was there and had music (even had Wii)! Was chilly in the morning, but they have to open the gym for you, so they warm it up. Laundry services are free, though the dryer doesn't work all that well--took hours & we still had to line dry. They have heated floors and my room had 2 computers, which were unnecessary since I brought my own. Free wireless worked amazingly fast. Very quiet back street and quiet inside due to entry foyer.

Bathroom was too dark and there was no full length mirror. I requested a lighted mirror or full length mirror, but they just said no. Nearly impossible to see for applying makeup or checking how you're dressed-- essentials for women in business. Also conspicuously missing was any closet or drawers--you must hang everything from a coat rack and two little wall hooks. Woefully inadequate for a woman traveling a week on business. Bed was a little firm for my taste. A/c was difficult to control, so I left the window open, even though it was winter.

Very friendly and helpful staff; even carried my suitcase to the Metro station (5min walk!) sound proof romms - got really good silent sleep tee and coffe as well as water always available

very nice staff. they are perfect. they did all the best for me. very clean room with fool of facilities!!! big LCD with 100 channels with sound system. a counputer connected to the internet and have couple of films to watch. all facilities for shower and jacuzzi. when it was raining, they themselve brought unbrella for me and came with me to get a taxi. the location is in the middle of gangnam gu full of restaurants and bars. very very good for businessmen. i really recommend. thnak you NOX staff

Breakfast in the lounge is a bit lousy

The staff were too good to be true, but they were. We caught a local virus and the staff treated us as family. The manager took us to hospital in his own car and would not leave us untill he was satisfied we were ok. This is a quirky little hotel in the modern mould. Huge TV, in room computers, quiet rooms, all add up to a pleasant stay. Plenty of local places to eat and close to the Metro.

The staff is extremely kind hearted and knowledgeable of the attractions in Korea...the staff was helpful on numerous locations as well as making the stay as comfortable as possible

The room was excellent- big bed, jacuzzi bath tub, power shower, pc's, big flatscreen tv with preloaded movies, complementary water, coke and coffee,great location-5 minutes from the subway station.

The staff in the front counter can speak fluent Chinese. BTW, they are really nice to help us, even providing metro map with being asked. The map helped us a lottttt during our trip~ And the hotel is not very hard to find. There are one 7/11 to help you know where to turn~

Good entertainment system and they even had 2 computers hooked up. Free wifi.

No drawers in the rooms to store your luggage. Wifi worked time to time, not consistent. The entertainment box worked and didn't work.

Overpriced. A Korean love hotel that has been made up to be something more tourist friendly. This is not a nice area of Seoul either.

Very Friendly Staff The $130 I spent went a long way. All amenities are free, there are free movies, several hundred channels, and a huge TV. Bathroom was great. Two showers and a hot tub style bath.
