- Prefect location just at the edge of Myeong shopping area. Not too noisy. - Closed to subway stations for easy transport needs - Walking distance to Nandaemon, Namsan Tower. - Clean and courteous English speaking staffs - B2 lounge perfect for my tired legs with massage and coffee.

- Smoke stained smell in room.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Close to shoppings mall areas and have a lot of Korean's restaurant, cafes, etc. They have international taxi services which is help us in knowing all attractions or areas in Seoul with english speaking driver.

Staff are friendly despite knowing little english. Comfortable stay with basic amenities

The location in Myeongdong is excellent! Very close to shopping, restaurants, subway line 2, and an airport limousine bus stop. Liked the guest room security - must have a room keycard to access a guestroom floor. Also liked the rest area in B2 floor (2 free PCs, lots of tables & chairs, comfortable sofas, free coffee, and restrooms). Namdaemun is a leisurely 15-minute walk from the hotel.

Rooms were a little small and the bathtub partition covered only about one-fourth of the bathtub, so if you take a shower the floor outside the tub will get wet.

The location is convenient and easy to travel to other place.

The location of the hotel is good. Very close to the Airport Shuttle Stop and Metro station. Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. They were willing to offer help with my heavy luggage without asking. The room is clean and also, warm enough under the cold weather. For sure I will revisit this hotel next time.

Great location. And the employees are nice and friendly. Most of the room guests are from Japan or families so the quality of my staying was pretty nice and quite for resting at nights.

Great location at Myeong Dong. But most of the Taxi drivers don't know this place. Also a bit difficult to get a taxi from the hotel. And the hotel room is quite small. The space wasn't even enough for us to keep three suitcases.

Good location near the Myeongdong shopping area. The staff were polite and friendly. The concierge was very helpful with our luggages. We dropped our luggages at 11am, understanding that the room might not be ready. We came back to hotel ard 11pm and we got a room upgrade.

This hotel was right in the heart of Myeongdong. One of 4 SKYPARK Hotels. So it was very easy to go shopping and go back to the hotel. It is also very close to Euljiro 1ga subway station and once you find your way it's very easy to get to and from the subway. From the subway you can go anywhere really. But even by walking it is easy to walk quite a distance just from walking from the hotel which i did on a few days. As long as you have a map with you it's fine.

The frontdesk & others staff are nice and helpful, except the housekeeping staff. The convienence location is so excellent. Easy assess to the hotel by the Limousine bus . It is perfect if the hotel's information states which the nearest stop of limousine bus. Since the limousine staff of the airport could not clearly tell us.

The stairs even it's not too many at the entrance of the hotel, actually discourage the big luggage travellers especially the elderly. The room is really small for family. The housekeeping staff who we met is not friendly, her attitude let us think that it was too bad for our late going out.

Great location and clealiness. Staffs are nice and very helpful. You will get the welcoming packs when you check in. Some said the room is very small. It's actually is but compared to the location, I dont' think it does matter..

MosquitoS at least 3 hovering in our very small room. Smacked just two. We re still feeding one. Bath room has no counter space and sprayer wetted outside tub area... Should install shower curtain.

Location .. close to shopping and plenty of food options in the area.

Triple sharing room was a bit small for three people. Water splashes unto the bathroom floor since glass panel/divider in shower area is too small... could probably use shower curtain instead to avoid floor from getting wet.

Location is a thumbs up. Room is clean. Staff being helpful when request early check-in for my elderly mother who has taken a night flight and need to rest.

The room is extreme small. Anybody who is bigger in size has problem to acess around the room.

Bread crumbs on the window sill inside our room were not removed within 5-6 days, while we have been staying there, although the room was cleaned every day...

The rooms are too small to accomodate families with young children and elderly

1) Excellent location as it is located right at the shopping belt at myeongdong where shopping can be done till as late as 12am as other then main store there are push carts. 2) it is very near the airport limo bus stop and the subway which is convenient if you take both ktx or airport limo 3) the staffs were very friendly and helpful. As i have taken the midnight flight thus i reached the hotel at abt 7.45am. I was given an early check in at about 11am so that i am able to rest. 4) the room size might not be very big for some that are looking at big hotel rooms but i would say that it is sufficent for me as i have stayed in smaller hotels.

房间真的太小了，但是因为地理位置真的很不错所以都可以接受。希望有中文服务。

地理位置非常优越，在乐天买了再多东西也能放回酒店，出门就是明洞，楼下各式商店一应俱全，但是并不吵闹，- 有窗户，朝着首尔塔，门口的制冰机给了我莫大的惊喜。酒店的服务人员很热情，都认真打招呼，主动帮助拿行李- 。酒店的各式班车也很多，到新罗免税，到东大门，到首尔火车站，凭房卡门口的悦诗风吟还可以打9折，实惠死- 了~

部屋はきれいで、インテリアも素敵です。また明洞のど真ん中という立地は観光にもってこいだと思います。
