Sunset Business Hotel    

Nos dieron una habitación suite esquinera, con vistas. La habitación tenía wifi, una bañera jacuzzi, baño enorme, un saloncito independiente con lcd de 40" y dos camas grandes. Nos invitaron a desayunar. Puedes usar ordenador en lobby e imprimir, gratis. Hablan inglés. Limpio y acogedor

El hotel son las últimas plantas y el lobby está en la 9. Es raro cuando llegas porque no tiene la entrada típica.. Desayuno sencillo. Aún así merece mucho la pena. Volvería sin pensarlo.

Close to the beach and you can even see the view from your standard room. Nice and cozy

Great location, right above the beach. You can open your windows and listen to the waves breaking on the beach. Nearby bars and restaurants in fashionable Haeundae area. Room was large and comfortable. Good pricing. Great for the bolder traveller not looking for lots of hotel based facilities. Close to other hotels if you want that sort of thing.

External appearance is not good: it's situated above karaoke bars and restaurants, so get a high floor room. The reception is on the 9th floor with the rooms above this, but don't be put off. No hotel infrastructure as such so don't expect lounges or hotel bars or other facilities.

The location - directly next to Haeundae beach, the whirlpool and the view out of the suite.

No major negative points. Sometimes the warm dishes for breakfast (e.g. Eggs with ham) was cold.

Definitely not luxury but the room was very nice and it is close to the beach. Breakfast was good and included with the room. Budget friendly, good location however it is on a busy street so with the windows open it can get pretty loud. The room looks like the photos but the entrance of the hotel is awkward.

The location is fantastic, 1 minutes away from the beach..the staff is super friendly.. the facilities also excellent, the price is also amazingly friendly..^_^ The staff can't speak english well but he is really trying, so no trouble at all

Position is perfect, close to the beach, walking distance from metro station, many restaurant and bars in the area

It's located in the last few floors of a building where a disco, restaurant and other things are located too, so anyone might have access from the street to the rooms floors

The view was great, the hotel was very clean, the staff was very friendly and there was free wifi. The staff was also very helpful in English or in Korean. The rooms have 2 sinks and are quite warm, perfect for this cold winter. The location near Haeundae Beach is also very convenient, with a very short bus ride (20 minutes) to the amazing Yonggungsa temple by the shore.

The hotel is located in a 15 floor building with several floors of karaoke, restaurants, bars, etc. The lobby is on the 9th floor and you don't need a key to access to the room floors so anybody can come and go as they please. It makes the atmosphere feel just a little unsafe at first, but we didn't have any problem.

The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. During our stay, the manager took all the trouble to bring the router to our room to help connect to Internet (as hotel had problem with Wifi) and also to fix small problem with floor lamp. The service was provided very promptly. Also the next day, problem with Wifi was fixed. Front desk reception ladies also made their best endevaour to give direction and assistance to our enquiries despite they do not have good understanding of English. The information provided was accurate and helpful.

Location and proximity to subways. Remodeled rooms are very nice and upscale. However, not all rooms are remodeled

I got a good rate and breakfast was included. I also like that this hotel was close to one of the Airport Limo stops making it very convenient to get to and from the airport. Lots of restaurants and a market near by. Also right across the street from Heundae Beach.

The shower - not the best water pressure and design was awkward. Being a business hotel, I would have expected a desk in the room - only a small table. Some of the furniture has some *dings* and could be replaced as too the hallway carpet. The location was ok if you wanted the beach but i found i spent a lot of time on the subway getting back closer to places near Busan Station. If I were to come to Busan again, I would maybe stay in a hotel in that area.

I liked the atmosphere of the hotel. It reminded me more of being in America instead of Korea. The staff was very polite and the room was awesome.

We had the do not disturb sign up when we left our room for lunch. Came back and the made had cleaned our room anyway. I'm not complaining because she cleaned it (she did a great job) but we put do not disturb up for a reason.

Staying in Sunset is always a good experience. This time I enjoyed the suite. The hotel service was appreciated. And the breakfast buffet was tasteful.

It is better if the hotle can provide more TV channels for the foreigners, such as HBO, ATX, etc. Only 2 powerer sockets existed in the bed room of suite as I knew, and they were far away from the bed. It is appreicated if the hotel can service extra power sockets close to the bed.
