Le camere sono confortevoli, dispone di internet senza fili e tv lcd hdmi. Proprio accanto all hotel ce un 7 eleven aperto 24 ore. Ottimo se nella notte abbiate fame. Ce anche un distributore comune di acqua fredda e calda potabile, ottimo per farsi un te caldo. La posizione e una delle migliori. Viino a myoengdong market. Alla metro jongno-5ga.

L'albergo è molto pulito e nuovo. Staff accogliente. Nessun problema per check-in in tarda notte. Molto vicino al centro e prezzi contenuti. Consigliato! The hotel is very clean and seems new. No problem for late check in. Close to the city centre and not expensive at all. Recommended!

Small but very clean room. Good air conditioning. Stuff is friendly. Good 24hr convenience store on a 1st floor. Very close to Myong-dong area!

Too many tourist groups, mostly from Japan. Individual travellers have to wait for check-in and check-out procedures.

It is a very clean and very functional hotel. Location is excellent. It is closed to everywhere. Breakfast was kind of ok, and the free shuttle bus was very helpful too.

The room was too small. The distance between the wall and the bed maybe less than two feet. If you are clusterphobic, think twice.

The location of the hotel is great. It's close to myeon dong, insadong street and lots of other sightseeing. I highly recommend to stay here. The staff are friendly.

Location is strategic. Clean. There is a supermarket in the groundfloor that opens 24/7

Rooms are clean ands adequately fitted out. Nice location for sights and eating. Good Buffet Breakfast

The Room size, although adequate is not very large

Close to Seoul station, In middle of the Seoul City.

Surrounding view from window was very dirty. Room is too small, No comb in the bathroom. Bathbub was so small. Bathroom so small. Dining Furniture was of poor quality.

Great location in walking distance to heritage monuments

Local taxi drivers had no idea where the hotel was and would not take us - even when we had its location on a map!

Good location, take around 5-10mins to the metro station. Their room is reli comfortable esp. In this price. Convenience store is just in the hotel close to lobby. All in all, it is worthy staying with them!

Shuttle bus is only served during 9-17. The bathroom is a bit too small. And it's so hard to call the taxi after 00:00 in that district!

The room was well-designed, new facilities, great view from the top floors. The hotel is centrally positioned and just few steps away from the subway station,proximity to all landmarks. Staff is polite and helpful.

The hotel rooms are way too small, or maybe the floor where we've requested a room the whole floor has the same type of rooms. The bathroom was enough for 1 person only to turn left and right without falling. The bathtube was meant for a baby, not an adult, and was meant for sitting rather than lying comfortably. The breakfast in the hotel included more of the local foods, incl. Fish and strange type of cheese and seafood, which seemed way too heavy for a breakfast at 0900 am. It limited us to having eggs,cornflakes and fruits. Staff spoke English with difficulties and we both had confusions trying to communicate.

The staff were very good and helped us book trips in addition to arranging an extended stay with minimal fuss. They spoke pretty reasonable English, which was extremely appreciated. The hotel sits along part of the 8km Cheonggyecheon river and is 10 mins walk from both Dongdaemun market in one direction as well as city hall in the other. The hotel was also only 25 mins walk from the N-tower as well.

Very bad WiFi with, unfortunately, no solution. We had to leave the room and either access the internet in the lobby or in the hall outside of our room.

Good location. Just walking distance to Myeongdong. Helpful Staff. Great buffet breakfast. And walking along the Cheonggyecheon stream at night is really enjoyable.

Wi-fi is sometimes unstable and cannot be connected successfully.

The location is strategically near tourist spots and the place is generally safe even the surrounding establishments are hardware stores. Rooms and bathrooms are a bit small but comfortable. Aside from daily complimentary water it's good that hot and cold water are 24/7 available at the lobby. Buffet breakfast at Water Mark is good and value for money.

The room/key card is very difficult to eject from the master control card holder. It will take us at least 3 to 5minutes every time we will go out of the room. We should have been reminded by the staff of the free shuttle ahead of time so that we could have scheduled our itinerary better.

Room was very clean. All staff (including cleaners & drivers) is provide very good and pro service and also very helpful, polite and friendly. Hotel provide free shuttle bus to Seoul station which connect us directly to Incheon airport. Breakfast various just nice for us after having too much Korea food in our trip. Strongly recommend this hotel.

Location of hotel is very convenient. Subway is 200m away & airpirt bus drop us off 200m away frim hotel. Walking distance to shopping areas& eatery places.my wife & I had a good time. Recommend to anyone visiting Seoul.

Very clean room - wide enough for the circumstances.9/10 Very good badroom - first time ever it was so good working ok. 10/10 Very good breakfast buffet and variation: 10/10

Some very little remarks : the shower door was a bit out of angel , hence a bit of water slipping out . (1006). Little space for our clothings ( for longer stay), whilst I believe the cabinets can hold more ( little rearrangement can be done); although we managed. The ticket system for the breakfest is a bit strange ( putting responsability of holding tickets to the customer; whilst we payed for it).

Excellent, helpful staff. Location easy to find,near to busy area of shops and restaurants, but quiet for sleeping.
