Furnished in warm colours, rooms have both air conditioning and heating. Each room comes with a TV, safety deposit box and tea/coffee making facilities. Some rooms have a bathtub and separate shower. Restaurants include Chinese, Japanese, French and international choices. The Library is a lounge and bar with live jazz music and a collection of books. staff were exemplorary and were very helpful in every situation hidden charges for weekend days were not made clear. ridiculously expensive extras nearly spoilt the trip

Es un hotel que respón al que s'espera d'ell, un servei, instal-lacions, restaurants i spa a l'altura d'un establiment de 5 estrelles i a més, una situació inmillorable. La nostra habitació, amb llit queen size, era petita per un establiment com aquest, inclús el bany, en el qual hi cabia una sola persona. Fins i tot, potser la decoració podría ser millor.

Very attractive hotel. Desk clerks and concierge very helpful. Excellent dining facilities. Although I asked for a deluxe room about 2 months in advance we were given a small room with a small bed and were somewhat uncomfortable. The room and bed were quite small.

BOOKING.COMの連絡ミスか、予約が通っていなかったがスタッフは色々問合せてくれ、なんとか宿泊することが出来た- 。また、結果的にはShiillaの手違いではなかったのにも拘らずお詫びかワインを提供して頂き恐縮した- 。 今後BOOKING>COMからの予約は考えたい。
