best location, free shuttle to train station, clean & comfort rooms

check in time at 4pm.........have to storage my stuff in lobby.

The bed is comfortable and the room is very new, fully equipped with mini fridge, tv, safe. Bathroom has powerful shower.

Nothing to complain about. Though not directly next to the train station it takes only 5 minutes walking time.

Good location to go shopping and sightseeing, a lot of pleaces to have dinner around, friendly staff, comfotable to stay

Location is good as it closes to station and airport busstop.

Receptionists are not eager to offer help. Breakfast area is very crowded.

Staff was not friendly and insisted that we gave the wrong room no. when we asked for our room key. The reception had wrote the wrong room no. in our particular form.

Ten min to busan station,near by hotel have nothing but just seven min walk underground station and alot shop,the next station is nampudong is alot shop and few bar near by.wifi room are strong.

Cheak out at ten am,hate it.if can cheak out at evelen to twelve noon is good.hope the rule can change.

For this 23-floor building 3 lifts require patience in rush hours.

It is close to Busan station also nampodong is only 15 minutes walking from. Moreover everything's very clean and comfort.

Location - very easy to locate. Right infront of a bus stop where many bus services plying this route. Subway slightly far away (about 10-15 mins walk). Take bus for transportation. Rooms - slightly small but big enough for 2 persons. Very well-design for Asians. Very clean and basic toiletries are well provided, including pyjamas. Very bright and well lit. Has a fridge and safe deposit box. Front office staffs are friendly and helpful. Able to communicate in English.

Breakfast - very limited variety and coffee is not provided free but tea is free. Don't know why? Cups are not available in the room

The location is good, airport limousine stop at the front of the hotel.

The room is too small, and only could check-in after 4pm. The breakfast only has a limited choice, and eating area is too small, must have a long time to queue up before having breakfast.

check in time :1600, So late. :CHECK OUT Time :1000. So early! 除此外,值得一住.

Breakfast was provided and was alright. Rooms were a little small but comes equipped with a lot of things e.g. slippers, hair dryers, TV, complimentary refreshments, air-con and heating system, etc. Overall the room was comfortable.

Location was not as good as we had expected. Although it was mentioned that the location was a 7min walk, it definitely wasn't that near. We took about 10-18mins to walk from both stations. There wasn't much eateries or restaurants which made finding food a little difficult. The worst thing was the waiting time for the lifts during check out. They had 3 lifts but still we waited 20-30min before finally getting into the lift during check out time. It would be a lot better if they added more lifts in future. Otherwise, normal waiting time for the lifts are alright.

there are 4 Toyoko-inn in Busan, this one is near Jungang-Dong station. Make sure you get off at the right one

Clean room, easy to find, quiet, free breakfast, quiet, free WiFi (make sure you ask for both passwords - there are 2 networks one petter than the other.

Not so convienient to the subway, no restaurants close by (about 20 minutes walk), check in staff were not so friendly (but they were efficient). Sometimes thare is a long wait for the elevator - especially around 8 - 10am. Also, got confused about the location of the hotel; there are 2 hotels named Toyoko-Inn Busan Station (hotel 1 is close to the main station, hotel 2 is about 15 minute walk away).

Hotel staff rude and not helpful at all. No check-in before 16:00 and of course not enough staff in the reception at 16:00. Very long waiting time for the elevator. Breakfast awful - coffee at an extra charge. Tiny room. Worn and stained linen.

very good location just walkable from railway station and in the market. though room are very clean and comfortable but are very small no place or cabinet for luggage

It's a great value for the price. I'd definitely stay there again. The beds are hard and the pillows are weird. However, the location and price make this hotel a good deal.

The beds are hard and the pillows are weird. Not everything worked. It was hard to get around via the stairs as they stopped at the 2nd floor making the elevators really busy.
