Excellent upkeep and prompt service. Availability of multiple restaurats.

staff were friendly and helpful to make stay a pleasant one. Especially Mrs. Reem at the front desk who made sure that I have the room that I booked, made it possible although the hotel was fully booked, and made stay a comfortable one. Restaurant Gym and Business Center staff were also very attentive and helpful. there is an efficient free shuttle service to avenues mall and to the airport.

there is not much to do in easy walking distance where the hotel is located, but it is not difficult to reach places by taxi since the location is central.

Smiling staff very kind, quickly responsive to any need for support, helpful and professional. I stayed a couple of days and they took care of any requirement I had. Room comfortable and fairly furnished. Wide and good breakfast buffet.

الموقع سيى خاصه مدخل الفندق ، وقريب من اعمال الصيانه والبنائه ، السعر مبالغ فيه جدا مقابل الاقامة

فندق رائع بخدماته .. غرف واسره مريحه .. تم تجربة غرفة بانوراما ذات اطلاله رائعه .. بوفيه افطار لذيذ .. طاقم خدوم .. سكنت خلال رحلتي فيه وفي فندق ميسوني .. كان الافضل الشيراتون بالخدمه وميسوني بالاثاث ..

Das Zimmer und der Standard sind gewohnt okay. Gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, professionelles Personal, gutes Bett, ordnetlcihe Klimaanlage.

In der Umgebung und auch am Hotel selbst wird zur Zeit gebaut - keine Belästigung in den Zimmern, aber die Umgebung ist dadurch noch weniger attraktiv.

I pretty much liked the Four Points more than the Sheraton Luxury Collection. As the rooms are newer and don t have got the stifling rooms like the collection. And you, still, can use the facilities and restaurants of the the Collection, which are awesome

Staff in the day time and breakfast was perfect.

If you have booked a non smoking room make sure it is non smoking room.

lobby is a bit gloomy, it looks like an official building

The Staff are great in all departments and really well trained as well as its facilities like transport from and to airport using excellent cars.

I think the hotel needs to make its rooms and beds a bit beigger The hotel was under some repairs or extension as there was some noise there. If I knew about this matter, then I would go to another hotel to avoid the disturbance or at least the price should be made a bit lower to encourge the guest to stay as a sort of compensation.

Perfect for business travellers, had all the different international plug points in the rooms, convertors not needed. Ameneties in the bathrooms as well were perfect if you had forgotten any essentials like tooth brush or shaving kit.
