The views of the cemetery

The response from help desk we have call the at your service about the noise from the room 404 for two hours no response and I requiest to speak to the manager they put me in hold with no apology next morning unfortunate non of this happens Best regards

Pretty much everything it was a pleasant stay and defiantly I would repeat it again. The reception and concierge staff where super nice and helpful.

Actually nothing specific, but if I must say then I would say the main intrance is not so great, not all cars were able to go through the gate to stop infront of the hotel door to bring down the visitors.

General atmosphere is luxurious. Very friendly staff and excellent service

Facilities for disabled are not adequate, particularly for guests with wheelchairs. The following issues should be considered: 1. Toilet seat is not equipped with proper supports for helping one to get up once seated. 2. Bathroom too small to allow easy wheelchair movement 3. Bed should be about 5 cm lower to allow one to move from wheelchair to bed easily 4. Bedroom should be larger than normal rooms to allow easy access with wheelchair. Management should seek advice from wheelchair guests to improve concept of facilities for handicapped.

Location is good, rooms small and furniture is old, make sure you ask for city view rooms not cemetery view.

Hotel is outdated , not too much of facilities , breakfast is below average.

Customer service was amazing, staff were extremely friendly and helpful, made me feel like home

I think it is just the fact that my room view was over a massive graveyard

I liked the room design, staff, breakfast is rich of variety of dishes. Hotel is very clean. althoug we felt that location is quit far from busy places but its near by the most famous shopping centers like Sharq, The avenue and 360.

When I booked the room from Booking .com, wasn't metnioned the the hotel rooms overlook into city cemetery. this issue casued a great heachce to my family. but after 3 days we managed to change the room and transfer into city view as it was mentioned on my booking.

Despite it's a JW Marriot and 5 Stars Hotel, there was no water heater, tee, nescafe and sugar free bags in the room. I chose JW Marriot before in Thailand and everything I mentioned above was there.

من النواحي الأمنية كثير منزعجين خصوصا في الدخول

كل شي الخدمه ونظافه الفندق والغرف انصح بالسكن فيه

هذه المره الاولى في حياتي التي ارى فيها الفندق داخل مقبره للاموات. الاقامه كانت سيئه جدا
