the location

the room i booked is too small, i upgraded to junior suite which is 1.6 time pricier. Staff really friendly.

at the last moment of my last stay the front disc officer informed me that he cannot accept credit card payment but only cash which was not in my hand and it was possible to miss my flight if my brother was not very close to pay the cash. this thins must be clear in advance for the guest to be ready.

The ac is shared for more than one room also there is no room serviecs after 10pm and no gim after 6pm

Hotel had a very bad smell Although the rent was fairly cheap but they didn't giver as I reserved claiming no available rooms

Hi travelers this is my story I called it 2 days no sleep before I check in I tell the front deck I want to see the room before I book Throw on line they show me the best room in the hotel the one on the site and I agree to this room and I tell the front desk this the room and he told me the price as well I book throw on line after that they give me small room totally deferent to the one they show me and I go back to front desk and they told me if you want this room you have to add different I add the different and they give me another room but its not the one they show me I made to different booking throw on line and I forced to stay because Its not refundable they are not clear so many gust and complaining to front disk about the noise,no drinking water, we're less ,bad serves, no break fast according to price of the hotel..

Very very very bad hotel if you rent a car and you sleep on it much batter a lot of nose cars people talking on the street about my self I like to sleep on dark room bad cretin very small no break fast no mini bar no drinking water the front disk trying to learn there is siryan manger he don't respect the customer..

Location, Staff were friendly, Free Wifi and good parking space.

Key card machine was not working so every time they send some one to open the room's door for me, AC was not working.

Nice hotel with simple decoration and furniture. Very quite. Good location.

The swimming pool is located indoors so it is great for the family.

To go down to the swimming pool, you have to go through the lobby.

I like the hotel itself and the staff...

Great value. Half the price of the Costa Del Sol next door.

The restaurant is closed. The pool and gym has very limited hours from 7am to 6pm .

Lights were burned Hair dryer wasn't work I have to request for room cleaning Shower is bad TV and Receiver are in bad condition

Old small TV, No Resturant, unpaved road to the back car parking.

Room was big and clean. Indoor sw pool is good

Dos not inclued breakfasts and the toilat was old some of Electric switchs was broken or not fixed. Jacuzzi was out of order

I like the rooms, beds, and the identity of this hotel , I fell in love with it from the first time ,it was a lucky choice for us. Me and my wife went back 6 times after the first time , we travel a lot and we talk about it as one of the best.

I literally hated the fact that for 2 times ,we couldn't find any reservations .its like such a shame that we had to go somewhere else when we had our hops up because we are going to mirage . I think there should be a bit more customer service as we would like to keep it as our first choice . a vip treatment or even a discount after a while could be beautiful . :)
