I liked basically almost everything in the hotel; its location, private beach and pool, arrangement of rooms, comfort, and parking arrangement

I was waiting for my turn to check in and I was the only one waiting. suddenly a gentleman came and one of the receipcinest immediately asked him: may I help you? Then I said I came first and the receipcinest did not even apologize. Then another receipcinest served me. I felt bad because of this.

We did not receive the right room booking upon arrival so had to wait until the following day to get booked into a twin bedded room

The stuff was solw . Rooms needs more cleaning from dust . Hotel is 4 stars hotel not 5

I like the location

I didnt like the employees they dont smile they were moody not all but the security and the employee who works in the restaurant lobby there services to slow

the design of the hotel and the rooms out side the hotel ... the rent car was up to 6 pm available and the cap car finish at 11 pm

The isolation of the rooms was quite poor , I mean we had a bad sleep because of noise

Room housekeeping need to inmprove

I liked that this hotel is somehow far from the city, but near many restaurants in the same time, the view on the beach was great, swimmimg pool was great also.

All the pellow of the beds are so soft and wide that it disturbed me alot that i couldn't sleep, breakfast options wasn't enough, in the holiday we are waiting on a long line to be able to eat breakfast

In the toilet, you need to wait long and keep the tap open for hot water to come 2 small carpet need to be replaced

the hotel is nice , the room designes were for a family, the loction is good

the recepionest dealing with me during checking in was not proffitional at all, some rooms are so far the hotel facilities in way that you some times leave the hotel promicies to reach your room.

The roses inside the room it looked nice on the bed and the heart shaped towels, also the cake and fruits it was delicious

It didn't feel private I could hear everything the next room talking about, their tv, outside walk way there was many people talking out there, while me and my wife were inside the room hearing everything we couldn't even continue our night before the flight, honestly I expected more than that.

Stayed in three bed rooms apartment , good location , many restaurants nearby

It's close to major attraction and has many coffee shops and resturant around also it has a very nice see side view and attached to the beach.

No clubs or bars as rule of Kuwait states, can't have your girlfriend to access your room and they don't have a book shop and no cigarette to be sell as hotel rules.
