There is no Entertainment specially for children who is above 08 years age, and the internet connection is poor specially in the rooms

Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Quick travel to and from The Avenues and 360 Shopping centers. 2 restaurants (suitable for Western Travellers) plus buffet satisfies food needs. Free WiFi in rooms allowed business connectivity.

Everything, the staff is really fantastic with everything you need.

I noticed that when taking a shower, the water would stay under your feet and until the second day in fact because the there was an alignment problem in the shower ground level when constructing all Executive rooms as the lady from hotel reception told me, also she said that Room cleaners would have to come into your room and take out the water from the shower? That was seriously uncomfortable.

The smell outside... from the industrial/free trade zone. The pool was filthy... seems a large group trashed it and there was great deal of debris in the pool including sheens probably from sun tan oil.

we are frequent travellers around the world and we say that nothing was good in the hotel. In fact, we rate it as 3 star hotel.

1- The building is old. 2- no signs of 5 or 4 star standard are availabe. 3- food is very poor. 4- location is in the middle of industrial area. 5- The area has smell of sewer lines at most of the time. 6- The yard coffee shop is dirty and soooo expensive. 7- No transportation is availabe. In fact, one hotel taxi is available and it is always reserved. You have to wait for about 30 minutes for a call taxi. 8- Hotel is away from the city shops.

الهدوء الراحة النفسية الوجبة

فيه رائحة غريبة بالفندق مزعجة خصوصا في الفترة الصباحية بما أن الفندق في منطقة عربية لماذا الإلمام باللغة العربية ضعيف ؟؟؟

Presque tout ! L'accueil charmant, le décor somptueusement suranné, le buffet excellent, les détails surprenants qui font la différence (müsli, glaces, jus frais différents concoctés avec amour, pistaches...), la générosité de tous. Les palmiers sous les fenêtres qui bruissent dans la brise, le calme, l'architecture. Nous nous sommes sentis véritablement accueillis personnellement. Même si nous avions réservé par erreur, pensant que l'hôtel était en bord de mer, nous reviendrions sans hésiter, l'établissement a d'autres atouts. C'est un bon endroit serein, calme et délicieux pour n'y "rien" faire.

L'eau de la piscine un peu fraîche pour qui aime la soupe et l'odeur de mazout par moment la nuit; heureusement la fenêtre peut être fermée et l'air conditionné enclenché, ce qui résout ce petit inconfort.

بعض الملاحظات الهامة : 1) يليت تكون الاسعار اقل من الحالي لجميع فنادق العالم . 2) يليت يكون هناك بطاقات عضوية وأولوية بالحجز. 3) يليت يكون هناك نقاط لمن يتكرر حجزه عن طريق البوكنج . 4) وضع استقبال بالغرف عند وصول العضو للغرفة. 5) تحديد عدد من الحجوزات وبعدها يعطى استقبال بالمطار بسيارة من المطار إلى الفندق والعكس. ولكم خاص التحية،،، اخوكم صلاح الحمد غرفة التجارية بالدمام.

الغرف بعيده عن بوابة الدخول تاخر في استلام الغرفة التاخر في اخذ السيارة التكيف لم يكن يعمل بشكل جيد عندي حجزي للفندق تم حجز غرف مسموح بالتدخين ومع الافطار وعند الوصول دفعت رسوم على الافطار وكانت الغرفة لغير المدخنين

الفندق رائع جدا وتعامل طاقم العمل من اروع ما يمكن قاموا برفع حجزنا لأجنحة تنفيذية بالدور الأرضي ومطلة على بركة السباحة والخيم .. حتماً إن كنت سأعيد الزيارةسأجحز في نفس الفندق انصح به وبشدة للعوائل .. المكان غاية في الاحترام والاحتراف

الموقع بعيد ، وغير ملائم رائحة كريهه في المكان ربما تكون من الميناء او صرف صحي .

الفندق غالي جدا و كل الخدمات سيئه جدا

الهدوء وسعه الغرف والافطار واخلاق العاملين عموما والجو العام وجود خدمه الانترنت المجانيه في عموم مرافق الفندق والنظافه المطلقه رغم العيوب الا انها تجربه لاتتكرر وسوف اكررها قريبا في حال اعاده النظر في الاسعار

التأخر عند الوصول والمبالغه في السعر موقع الفندق اكثر من سيئ لقربه من الميناء التجاري ويعده عن الخدمات وعدم وجود شطاف وضوء في الحمام اعزكم الله

حسن الاستقبال والضيافة وسرعة الإجراءات للدخول والخروج ومرافق الفندق بشكل عام جيدة ومناسبة الأسعار

مواقف السيارات قليلة ومن الصعب الحصول على موقف بسرعة
