Good value for money, the staff is very friendly and helpful, I had to leave the hotel at 5am and the people in reception even went outside and look for a Taxy for me. It was 5 star service that sometimes you don't get in a 5 star hotel.I will come back every time I am in Kuwait..

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful in all things. We would return to this hotel just because of the staff. The hotel location was also very good. The hotel was a little shabby and could use a facelift.

The staff were very helpful. I had a problem with my computer connecting to the internet and although late in the evening they got an engineer to come and fix the problem. I didn't have breakfast as had early starts each day but in the evening the food was excellent and the staff again very good. My room was at the back of the hotel and facing a Mosque. As I am I light sleeper I was woken at 5am by the noise which was not good.

We liked it, location is close to shopping, rate is good, room is clean with good WiFi service, breakfast is good and staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall, execllent for a weekend / short holiday with the family. Compared to other hotels in Kuwait... It is perfect even if it is only 3 stars.

Location is the best, the souq market is just diagonally across the street. Getting in/out of hotel via backdoor. There is no front pouch for cars/taxi. The internet connection needs improving. Connection drops frequently.

Location Don't get me started..... 1) Dirty room with stained carpet 2) No real water barier for the shower. Other a result floor was flooded after every shower one takes. 3) Room was not cleaned after the first night. When I asked about it at 4PM, I was told that "sorry, the cleaning staff has left for the day". 4)Poor business centre. Printer didn't work. When I enquired, I was told that it hasn't worked for a year or so. What a joke. I suggest that you take this hotel off of your choice of hotels. I will never stay there again. This was my 3rd time and no improvement.

The location, because some of the attractions were within walking distance. The front desk staff and waiters, even house keeping were helpful and courteous. It is old and dingy-as one reviewer wrote. It is being renovated, but they have not maintained it for years. The carpets are filthy, the furniture tattered and worn. I would not recommend it now; after the renovations. There were no flyers or brochures about places of interest, or activities.I Never received an answer from the manager regarding the need for abayas.
