Good, centrally-located hotel at a decent price. Staff was very helpful and polite. Breakfast is included, and is a buffet with a good selection. Nice quiet rooms.

Staff was very courteous. 1. Entrance, as it is not from the main road. 2. Parking car is a huge problem.

The Beds were soft. The Rooms: although it would seem tidy when you first come in you quickly discover that there is dirt and stains everywhere you can't lay your stuff on anywhere without it getting dirty of sticky. The Breakfast: Not cooked properly, tea and coffee are ice cold, bread must have been left out for more then a day, we left the hotel and ate in an outside restaurant. Parking: the parking is a public parking space and do not belong to the hotel, if you come during regular office hours it is possible you will not find a space, the parking are insecure there is a high risk that your vehicle gets hit or break-in into it is also very likely that you find your vehicle trapped. Building: very old and poorly ventilated which causes a sever very strong smell that is very annoying even in the rooms, i asked a friend to smoke in my room as i'd rather sleep with the smell of cigarettes and the risk of cancer that to sleep with that smell. I do not recommend this hotel at all for anyone, not even for one night. there are similar hotels that are for sure better.

Staff was nice and frindly, near to beach, Calm and confort. I suggest to stay in just for sleep and change clothes No supermarket and services near, you have to use car for 2-4 KM to reach the services. Poor breakfast but comparing with price its fair enough. Old building. small room

We liked it, location is close to shopping, rate is good, room is clean with good WiFi service, breakfast is good and staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall, execllent for a weekend / short holiday with the family. Compared to other hotels in Kuwait... It is perfect even if it is only 3 stars.

Location is the best, the souq market is just diagonally across the street. Getting in/out of hotel via backdoor. There is no front pouch for cars/taxi. The internet connection needs improving. Connection drops frequently.

Friendly and efficient staff, who gave excellent service. Very good location in the centre of Kuwait opposite the souq. Walking distance to the National Museum and Sadu House. They arranged airport pick-up for me.

Good value for money, the staff is very friendly and helpful, I had to leave the hotel at 5am and the people in reception even went outside and look for a Taxy for me. It was 5 star service that sometimes you don't get in a 5 star hotel.I will come back every time I am in Kuwait..

A simple and frills free hotel - with basic amenties and friendly staff. Budget type - but they can have some more control on the smoking - in the public places like - restaurants / common hall / lifts etc., as no one seems to stop or bother on non smokers!!!
