This hotel is a standard in terms of other hotel apartments in Kuwait. Hotel needs serious refurbishment. Rooms are good in size, however the sitting area is tiny. Overall, the quality of rooms and bathroom is average! Missing in the room: complementary water, tv was not working, extra bathroom and mind there is no kitchen in the room, which was important for me with kids. Price of rooms is very hight compared to other hotels. Location of hotel and parking was very good. Wireless Internet was upto the standards. Bathroom is worn out and small One bathroom in a two bedroom, surprising! No complimentary water in the room! Furniture is very old.

The staff, the location ,free internet & parking lots. Although room condition seems clean but it is not as it contains bed bugs which we are really suffering from. This problem causes severe skin problem to me and wife to this point that I am writing this review. The hotel should pay attention to this as it really affects the image of the hotel. Also, I think the price of the room is extremely high compared to the hotel accommodation. Toilet needs to be refurnished.

the location it's too cold in Kuwait, and the heator is not working !! My kids become like an ice cube !! the breakfast buffet, is not that good,, even they do not serve water, you have to pay for it !! The suite has two rooms and livingroom, but with one bathroom inside the master bedroom, so if tthe kids needed the bathroom they have to use it through the masterbedroom ,,,

طاقم الاستقبال راقي وكذ العاملين الاثاث قديم المفارش والفوط مستهلكة وغير مناسبة التلفزيونات قديمة جدا الفندق كان اقل من المتوقع الافطار عادي وغير متنوع المواقف محصورة الغرفة لايوجد بها مبخ صغير بالرغم من حجزي لجناح من غرفتي نوم الصاله صغيرة جدا وتعتبر ممر عزل النوافذ غير جيد

مكان الفطور مقبول نوعاً ما. أما كل شئ عادي لا شئ يلفت النظر سوا أنه يطل على البحر لمن جناحه في دور مرتفع وكان من جهته, أما انا فــ للاسف لم أكن اطل إلا على الخلف. بصراحة المال كثير عليهم , وخاصة لمن يختار جناح بغرفتين نوم, فهي لم تعجبني بالإصافة لوجود حمام واحد مشترك لكلا الغلافتين. فلا أعلم عن باقي انواع الغرف. ورائحة الدخان تعم في المكان مع أن الدور الذي سكنت فيه لغير المدخنين. وهناك حركة لم تعجبني من الفندق , حيث تم سحب مبلغ ليلة واحدة من بطاقة الفيزا من دون علمي مع أن المال كان متوفر في جيبي كاش. مواقف السيارات قليلة. السعر نفس عرض الفندق أيضاً .

موقع الفندق مناسب من حيث التنقل للبحر او وسط المدينة يحتاج الى اهتمام اكثر من حيث النظافة وتحديدا دورات المياه بحاجة الى صيانة لكي تكون افضل مما هي عليه اهتمام خدمة الغرف في عملية تبديل الشراشف حيث حصل لي موقف بوجود نقاط دم على غطاء السرير الاهتمام اكثر في بوفيه الفطور حيث ينقصه الكثير مقارنة بالفانادق الاخرى

The location is Excellent and hotel staff are very nice. Suite has small sitting room and and one pathroom and it has no mini kitichen. Also the price is to high compare with the hotel facilities and services.

grate location, good price, nice staff, & clean room. Limited parking spaces, small room, big price gap between the 2 bedroom apartment and the 3 bedroom (more than 3 folds). The room type I stayed at was 2 bedroom executive suite: it had only 1 bathroom and no kitchen. It was much cheaper than any other option so it was a good deal compared to alternatives.
